This is the worst courier service Ive ever used, I have paid around £70 to send a parcel that has now been returned to me with the excuse that there was no customs invoice included. What kind of company has no contact number? I cant get an answer from them as to why parcel was returned

Sent over 1000 parcels, made about 20 claims for damage all rejected. If your parcel is undeliverable they dont return it (like most couriers do) they have it delivered to their address and make you pay for another courier to deliver it back and charge extra fees on top.Terrible communication literally no phone numbers. Pretty scummy company, I still use them because they are usually the cheapest and you get what you pay for. Be warned !!
