Having had the parcel weighed and measured at the post office I was charged an additional £13 for the wrong size. Think this is not acceptable.

The items we were shipping off never even arrived at the destination (Canada). Those were important marketing collateral materials that were vital for several Career Fairs around the country. Very disappointing and will never be using ParcelMonkey again.

Collection was refused by driver as he thought it was over weight without weighing parcel. Paid £41. No refund and emails asking for refund have been ignored on 2 occasions. Very disappointed as you can’t speak to anyone as email is the only point of contact

Parcel was booked for collection on Weds and driver never turned up. So when o called the local depot on Thursday I was told it had been refused for collection by (Mr Singh) a made up name as the parcel was right at the front door ready to be collected. Eventually the parcel was collected on the Friday only to be delivered the following Monday afternoon. Very poor service from Courier and will not be using this company again in the future!

Parcel Monkey itself is good.
The only issue is with the service after that.
There is no idea given as to when the parcel will be picked up - not even a window of time for collection.
Not PM’s fault, but maybe this is the way to solve it.

My experience with parcel Monkey was satisfactory.
The mutli-parcel delivery to the same address was collected on the day stated and delivered as a stated as a 24hr service was selected. Pricing I found was cheaper than the same service from the same courier if done on their own online website.
Parcel Monkey website I found easy to use but the terms and conditions I found a little dracronian. The requirement to only use new packging and excessive protective material a waste considering the environmental issues around plastics..
Not an annoyed customer this time!

THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES! I will never use Parcel Monkey again, I had to take my parcel my self to a Courier office as they never collected after numerous arranged collection dates, onlyI then for it to be returned and for myself to pick back up! This cost me £52 plus taxi fares to and from the Courier office..... STICK TO NORMAL POSTAL SERVICE.

Initially the process of arranging for the parcel to be delivered was quite good, however you have sent me this survey and I have not received the parcel yet????? Which means to give an accurate amount of feedback is not do able, perhaps send survey on service once the service has been completed. I just hope my parcel is not lost???

Ive used Parcel Monkey several times to send parcels out to my family in NZ and cant fault the service. The parcels are collected on schedule and can be tracked both by the sender and the recipient so my son is able to see when they will arrive. Prices are competitive and I have recommended Parcel Monkey to friends and other family members.

The driver that have to pick up the package dont have the mobile to communicate with you before collection so you have to wait all day there. When some inconvenience appears they are not helpful at all, and you even can talk just chat live and is very unhelpful.... And now my package is hold in destination because they dont receive the payment yet... ???????????????? and not one attends in weekends. ????????. So terrible

I research which is best cheap sent parcel from my house to Philippines. This company is bit cheaper.. They deal with DPD. So they another courier. It was engagement ring inside parcel. So DPD delivery to Philippines but custom house hold parcel in Philippines that my fiancee have to come custom house and have to paid Tax £33. She wait in office for 6 hours and took 3 hours travel go there and back. Total ;9 hours to collect parcel. Parcel Monkey didnot tell me about it. They refused refund me £33,
