Used Parcel Monkey to deliver a parcel to Italy. good price, parcel delivered in the expected time scale. Track and trace worked. One small problem : the system produces two different sets of labels - not sure if both needed on the packet, or is one a receipt for customer? In the event I printed it all twice, put one set of both on the packet, and kept one set. Perhaps instuctions could be clearer for first time users, However, the parcel was delivered without any problem.

if you not tell me who the courier is, i will go further, its beyond absolute joke, i paid for a service for international tracked and signed for with usps It arrived at new your jamaica parcel company on February 9th 2019, you kept saying that we need update from usps. Because i spoke to usps numerous time, they said otherwise They told me once it arrives at parcel monkey it is your responsibility to update the tracking. Then you tell me its in transit. If its in transit WHICH COURIER??? are you using. you cant even tell me who you are using. Then you say we have updated you. you give me an old update which the item was already delivered to me last year, which i already received without having any issue. how come this time you are causing me anxiety and stress all over 3 parcels that was sent to me as a gift. you cant give me a direct answer. All i want to know which courier you are using and if it is in uk or usa? paid $133 tracked and signed for. im not getting the service. you keep telling me reassured we will get back to you immediately after we find out from the courier. its been 1 month now, and no parcels.

Horrendous service. They claim to have no control over the delivery company. However on their website it says all enquires should go through them. The delivery company were much more helpful when I contacted them directly. They said they would refund as they failed to collect the parcel. Parcel Monkey said they are not liable for any failed collections and would not refund. I will be going directly through the delivery company next time. I don’t see the point in using Parcel Monkey. I would in particular like to mention Julie who was extremely unhelpful. She was deliberately awkward and extremely slow at replying over the messaging system. When I asked to speak to her line manager she wouldn’t facilitate it. Hopefully this review makes it to a manager. On a final note, I would only use Parcel Monkey to compare prices and then go direct to the company. That way if something goes wrong you can hold someone accountable.

Finally, received an answer "We will provide you with more information in the next 5 working days.". So, I have to wait another 5 days for the update! Probably the worst company I ever dealt with. Will never use it again.

Item arrived damaged and broken. In order for this to happen there would have had to been an excessive amount of force as the item was well wrapped and was initially delivered by Royal Mail with NO issues.

Half a star doesnt justify the level of incompetence I had to deal with to get a simple delivery dealt with. Not sure if Ive ever came across a support function with such limited answers to the questions that needs answering. Ive send a parcel on the 19th of December 2018, reached customs on the 21st of December 2018, havent heard anything from Parcel Monkey until the 6th of February 2019 when they raised a ticket to ask if I can confirm the delivery address which I did on the 12th of February 2019. On the 21st of February 2019 Parcel Monkey updated the ticket saying that the parcel is being returned as it reached the maximum hold period at the local courier. ALL necessary information were provided when this parcel was initially booked, including delivery address. I then reached out to support and over a period of a week, they advised me to raise a ticket, which I did, "management" is dealing with my query. Over the space of a week now, no one can tell me the reason why this parcel was send back if the delivery address was provided and confirmed, where my parcel is physically, when I can expect my parcel to be delivered, who I can talk to regarding my parcel. Not providing any answers to a paying customers questions, never mind the level of non service is horrendous, unpleasant and a huge waste of time. Not sure what function support is providing because in my case I have spend literally a few hours trying to get some answers to no avail. Probably the worst "service" Ive ever had to pay for and the best is I still havent got the parcel delivered, and they will probably tell me in a two weeks time when someone do get back to me that I need to book another service for which I probably need to pay for again.

I was really impressed with this service. It was the most effective option for me and it sent my parcel with Parcel Force and I was able to tract this all the way back to China and see that it was delivered promptly. I was really delighted with this service.

Excellent service . Booking online was straightforward, cost was competitive and dropping off a breeze. Delivered to local post office on Friday morning and parcel was delivered in New Zealand the following Tuesday.Tracked all the way so you can see progress.
