Really good parcel service, although some parcel companys do not appear in quotes e.g. DPD, tend to use Parcel Force anyway which is handy as you can drop off at any post office
Never been let down by these guys with probably 50 shipments so far

Generally one of the better courier services I have used, I send on average 4-5 parcels a week with these guys and the only bad point is they have charged my card for additional weight or size, I weigh and size my item as im booking it so that is a bit frustrating, but I have not had any other issues and believe me with some of the companies out there you can have a nightmare!!!!!!! would recommend :-)

I do NOT recommend using Parcel Monkey. I arranged for a package to be collected from Inverness and delivered to Cumbria. It was urgent so I was pleased to read of next day delivery. I made the arrangements on a Monday. Was not picked up for several days. The only way to contact them is by an internet chat. Everyday I had to send increasingly angry messages but felt that no-one was taking ownership of my problem. They just kept saying tomorrow.... Also it had to be collected from a shop which shut at 5pm. They wanted me to ask the staff to stay on until 6pm - just in case the courier turned up. I must have exchanged 20 messages. Insurance could be increased to the value of £1000, but my package was worth £3000 so I had to take independent delivery insurance. The only tracking number that I had was a PM number so I couldnt even track on the courier website. Package finally turned up after a working week and the delivery guy expected me to have a fork lift to get it out of the van. It was heavy, but they knew the size and weight when I made the booking. If it had come on time, I would have had several builders to help.

So far no impressed item not collected after nearly two weeks. Had to chase this not a way to run a business. Contact very difficult, no calls or interest in sorting out the problem even after paying for a reputed quality service

I have waited in for two days running now for my parcel to be collected. I booked the collection through Parcel monkey and the courier was parcelforce. Still no collection and I am guessing Parcel monkey take their name from not actually giving a monkeys!!!! The customer service chat just keep saying it has been re scheduled which is no good to me as I have a job to do and cant wait around on the off chance that they may finally provide the service I have paid for. The recipient was expecting the delivery on monday so there is no chance off this now so no only have they wasted my time but the recipients time and there is no apology, no offer of a faster service, no offer of a refund. Absolutely useless and I will NOT be using them again. Yes they are cheaper but whats the point if you dont get the service anyway?? If they ever turn up and the parcel actually gets delivered then it will still be too late for the recipients needs ................. USELESS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

At first I found it easy, economical and pleasant to book, then was a bit annoyed that I had to print stuff. However, in the end after the parcel swiftly got delivered to Italy from UK - it was a pleasant surprise - at the efficiency of the service. Keep it up guys! Many thanks. Kap x

Not only was my parcel two day late it managed to grow in size and gain an extra 11.9kg. I think they are scammers . I know that I sent it to america so does that mean that when it lands they supper size it. by force feeding my box. That sounds like cruelty to boxes and sizeist.

Disgusting service would never use this company again!! Paid £30 for a glass shower door and toilet to be collected. Insurance was brought on top of this covering both items to the full value of £130 and £250. Glass shower door arrived snapped in half back to Victorian Plumbing.. Thrown straight into the bin as it is in such a bad state as per the pictures provided from VP no care has been taken with this package and looks like it has been thrown multiple times with force. I now receive an invoive teling us to pay a further £52 as the weight is wrong. The weight given was correct as it was labelled on the box sent out by VP and cant be wrong due to HSE legislation.. Now after that excuse has failed they have said they do not take glass. We were never informed of this nor when we told them we were trying to return a glass shower door was this mentioned. They are now refusing to pay our insurance and want another £52. £52 extra for what you delivered my door broken in half and im now getting no refund for the company you havnt provided the service so how on earth are you asking for more money? Refusing to pay out insurance taken on the item. Customer service is awful would never use again!!!

used this company for a few years now with more or lell no issues, but in one week they loose two parcels and did not keep me updated, i had to send messages to them on the report a fault, then they say they will keep me updated but they did not, i had anther parcel booked for collection and at 17.30 i send a message to say its not been collected, they advise me that its up to 18.00 collection, but last month when i chased them at 17.00 they said it was upto 17.30 collection, on both occations i waited, but they were never collected. service is so bad, i will not be using this company or recomending this company any more, i would give zero stars if i could as its only when you have issues that you really see how good the customer service is.

I sent a parcel to China in March and it is now July and my parcel has not arrived. Everything was going well, the parcel was listed as out for delivery on the due date, 16th April. Then things started going wrong. All information stopped.When I asked for an update I was eventually told that it was held in customs even though I had seen a message stating that it was out for delivery. (that message had now vanished!). In June after sending many messages and getting the same answer I asked the company to finally accept that the parcel was missing and pay me the £70 that I had insured the parcel for.. I never got a direct answer, the request was avoided. Now, in July I have been asked to provide a detailed description of the parcel and contents and an invoice for the goods I was returning,even though they had still not admitted it was missing. I gave a full description of the parcel and contents, I also explained that I did not have an invoice (I failed to print it when I made the order as it was available to view on the sellers web site, and now 5 months later the sellers web site has disappeared). I did however offer a copy of my Paypal receipt which shows the companys name and address and the amount paid, Today I have had a reply- an exact copy of their previous message. Its as if they havent even ready what I have said. There seems to be no customer care and they are incapable of dealing directly with customers when problems occur. They boast on their website that they are proud to have a 98% success rate. I must be one of the unfortunate 2% and now they are trying to avoid paying the insurance money, a service I paid extra for! Parcel Monkey does not provide a customer friendly service. They may be okay if there are no problems , but if you do have a problem, dont expect any help.

Easy and neat, parcel can be picked up at your place so you dont need to drive it around, and you can track its itinerary. Whats not to like?

I perhaps am beginning to think the company is run by Monkeys. I know they are a third party to a Postal Company,. The customer services is 1/10. Troubled service from start to Finnish poor response to messages. Wont use again.

The local courier company’s (Aramex$ tracking facility is rubbish - when I phoned on Tuesday, the said the parcel had not yet left the UK - when in fact it had already been delivered to my home.

After a horrendous experience with My hermes I had to change my courier and someone suggested parcel monkey as it gives you different options and prices.
They were brilliant and kept me informed of progress of the various deliveries. They have Al been delivered stress free and I will always use this option from now on
