I was sending back a mobile phone. I clearly stated this at the time of making the Order. some days letter I was told that they could not deliver the mobile phone and then charge me to have it return !!!!!!!!!!!!. I contacted them and they said that I should have read the terms . I clearly stated that it was a mobile phone which making the Order, they should have declined it. Never use this service.

Parcel was delayed on Greek side of the equation. Parcel Monkey found out who the delivery agent was in Kefalonia and advised me promptly allowing me to find and retrieve my parcel. Good job!

Used PM to deliver via Parcelforce, item tracked to Sweden ok, then it disappeared RoyalmailbResolutions did what they could so did parcelforce, but as I used PM my claim had to be via them, no information on PM web site. Submitted claim with what information available why no phone number or proper form don’t think I’m going to see my £115 back but will wait and see will go direct in future.

According to the information given on Parcel Monkeys web page, the courier would deliver in 3 days. Parcel was picked up a week ago and is currently still at the delivery depot, not even out for delivery. Any company is only ever as good as the partners they chose to work with. Rating was given based on this and the misleading information we received.

The first and only time I have used Parcel Monkey will certainly be the last. I booked a collection and consequential delivery through them. The courier did not arrive, despite confirmation emails, print outs and tracking numbers assigned. I contacted Parcel Monkey who offered to rearrange the collection/delivery. The courier did not come for a second time (the courier company knew nothing of the booking). I contacted PM for a third time who offered a refund or a third collection. Naturally, I chose the refund. There was no explanation. No compensation for the bad service. AVOID this middle-man company.

Service was quick, place my order and my items was collected the next day mid morning. Was given a receipt with my tracking number. Was given updated via email when my parcel reached it destination.

I am very disappointed by the service I received. I sent a parcel via DPD express which got lost. I contacted them many times and have yet to receive a refund for the loss. I will never use them again, and neither DPD I must say!

Very easy to use and print off label. My only niggle, the price increased a little from what was initially quoted. But I’m sure that was the company. Luckily I didn’t loose money.

Sadly a very bad experience. The courier from Parcel Monkey accidentally picked up 4 x boxes weighing 20 kilos each that were for another courier destined to go overseas, instead of picking up the single box weighing 7 kilos. I am not entirely sure how this was not spotted especially as the 4 heavy boxes did not even have any labels attached. I then had to pay Parcel Monkey to have returned and the state they were in when they came back to me meant we had to entirely re pack them. To add further insult to injury Parcel Monkey then charged me extra as they said I had not paid the correct amount of money for an 80 kilo consignment. So, a mistake of their making, which I have paid three times for and no reply from them when I emailed to complain. I will never use them again.
