Complete rip off never use them again deliver parcel completely damaged to customer then made to wait 5 months of bs saying customer did not complete some form and why would they when I had to refund them they tell lies saying they emailed then called which is more lies when I did not have these details so how would they then when challenged change story to sent a letter I paid for extra comp in case delayed lost and refused to pay up

This is the worst thieving company I have ever dealt with. I returned an item to a company with the correct address which was worth £140 and they have sent it to Melbourne, Australia. I have tried to speak to them and messaged them 8 time to try to speak to someone and all they do is say that they have received my message still not finished with them though. DO NOT USE THIS PARCEY MONKEY.

Worst company in the world I will never ever ever EVER use them again! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid for a 24 hour service took a day of work and 4 days later still no parcel I call and no answer from the correct department. Honestly this company is a joke!

Postage to Bahrain has been unreliable through Royal Mail. A recommendation from a friend brought me to Parcelmonkey. Easy to follow website. Easy to choose the service I wanted and complete the details. I chose DPD and they collected my parcel when they said they would with text message updates. The tracking available to me and the addressee was great and the parcel was delivered within a week-that was something we never thought possible!

Easy to use, but you promised 3-5 days to deliver and 7 days later all I am told is that the patcel is scheduled for delivery Tuesday, 10 days after drop off! Now that is poor!

appalling service from parcel monkey using parcelforce I sent a parcel next day that wasnt collected for three days on the way up and three days on the way back Numerous calls to parcelforce depot managers and emails the upshot of which I conclude that they cannot even be bothered to return a call or email Delivery driver didnt care either turned up eventually but with no labels that was part of the service Avoid at all costs

Fast online option selection and payment. Used the drop off so cant comment on pickup from destination. Info on point, tracking available and I could follow the shipment perfectly.

I paid for Parcelforce 24 collection service for Wed 2nd May. The tracking claimed that the collection was not possible as no one was available, this is an absolute lie and I have 4 people who will confirm that someone was available at the business premises. On calling parcelforce i was told the collection would be re-scheduled for today 3rd May and upgraded to a saturday delivery. The collection was not made again, and I am now told the collection will be next tuesday May 7th, so IF that happens the Parcelforce 24 Service may be able to deliver 7 days late. Wow, welll done. Its actually a parcelforce 168 at the price of Parcelforce 24. During the first call Royal Mail couldne even find the parcel on their system, even though i was looking at it on line, this is a service sold by Parcel Monkey and supposed to be provided by Parcelkforce, the service failed and all PM could do is say they are sorry for the inconvenience and you will get your important package in a week.

Speaker arrived with minor damage caused by improper handling. The package was marked as fragile but not handled as such. It seems that it was thrown. Most of the impact was absorbed by the cushions surrounding the speaker, but not all. Wish that hadnt happened.

Great Service and procedure description. Recently needed to courier documents to Brazil, all handled with great explanation for the additional paperwork required. Top service. I really liked the fact that they had taken the time to explain why I had to fill in export documentation, even though my item was just a document. Many successful collection/deliveries now completed for me from parcel monkey. Rating this a top notch service.
