The pick up and delivery to Australia was first class problems arose with delivery in Melbourne. Poor communication and failure to deliver on promised day resulted in my daughter going to depot to collect and discovered parcel completely open

I found the whole process of getting an online quote, being sent the customs form and mailing label all very easy to use. As a foreign tourist I appreciated being able to drop the parcel at a Post Office.
Both parcels have arrived safely to our home in Australia, very quick delivery service. The tracking service is also very helpful.

The information below is from an email I received about an additional payment from them: This parcel contained a pottery dog with the dimensions correct but THEIR weight absurd. I emailed them to ask they check THEIR information and received NO RESPONSE. (this info was easily verified had they checked, and considering im on morphine with weight restrictions, even the courier would know the parcel wasnt near that weight - I couldnt even attempt a lift of it! I WONT E-V-E-R use a company that doesnt reply!!! "The information provided when the order was created declared a nominal weight of 5.50kg made up of 1 box: 60x29x48cm @ 5.5kg Using the dimensions you provided, this equates to a volumetric weight of 16.70kg and this is the weight you were originally charged for. When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier, they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 27.00kg. As we are charged for each kg handled by our courier partners, we have no alternative but to take this additional payment, as was specified and agreed to at the time of booking."

I don’t receive my parcel yet. The service is baaad very very bad I don’t advise anyone to use it . Trust me they said 3-5 working days it’s over 10 day and nothing yet . Parcel money don’t have contact number it’s just Rubish rubish .

I lost £30 which they did not refund despite being asked twice, I also lost a sale worth £220 which I cannot get any compensation for .this was their fault-they employed an unreliable, unsupervised, fundamentally dishonest, cowboy carrier who did not collect to transport on time, not to mention being UN-contactable to sort out problems. were not bothered about me. please be warned.

Paid for 24/48 hour express parcel uplift and delivery. I took the parcel there and for over a week the parcel wasn’t even uplifted. Delivery was late and not even a partial refund or a gesture of good will. Irresponsible and zero customer service.

First ever experience of using Courier through Parcel Monkey. Ordered on Sunday evening about 10pm and I received notification that labels would be emailed with half an hour, and parcel would be collected on the following day, Monday and delivered Tuesday. I waited up late but no email came through. The following morning labels were emailed, and details said the parcel would be collected on Tuesday. This was not correct: Nobody came to collect the parcel and it sat in my porch all day Tuesday. I called the help line In the afternoon about 16:00hrs and was told there was a problem with electronic systems causing a delay but I was told it would be collected. I called again at 18:00 and received an automated message saying the parcel would be collected that day by 18:00. These calls cost me extra above my network call costs. The parcel was eventually collected on Wednesday around lunch time... By the time it was delivered it was not a convenient therefore the recipient had to drive to a depot and collect it somewhere else. He eventually got it on Friday. It took 5 days, several emails and phone calls. I won’t be using this service again in any hurry. I’ve given it 2 stars because the parcel was actually collected and delivered to the recipient.
