From the Web Site I was told the package would be delivered by Thursday and it was actually delivered on the Wednesday in perfect condition

This company is a scam. Sent a parcel with them to Sweden, the courier failed to deliver, and returned the parcel to Parcel Monkey UK, delivery to them was confirmed by tracking (DPD 15508000527738). Parcel Monkey stole it and told me they did not receive the parcel. SO now I am out of pocket for 21 pound delivery and 120 pounds of the parcel. Do not repeat my mistake, avoid Parcel Monkey!

I arranged for a next day delivery, that I thought had been successful, until I was messages 2 weeks later to let me know that it had not been delivered. I have now been asked to arrange and pay for them to deliver the parcel from their warehouse, as the carrier I chose cannot make deliver to the address (although I’ve successfully had two packages delivered there, prior to this one). This neither makes sense nor is it fair, yet the different advisors keep evading the point of how this happened in the first place. Seems to be a very disorganised and untrustworthy company. It’s highly frustrating that they do not provide a customer telephone number and instead send brief messages, that barely address the issue.

Website is simple to use, much cheaper than Parcelforce for a package to Spain. Fantastic price and speedy delivery. Will use again.

Consistently does not collect your parcel, leaving you stuck in, then leaves you to chase the end company they employ for a resolution. No thought of compensation, no thought of learning from poor customer service events. Did not record active discrimination event against a person with Autism. Will not learn for its mistakes or correct, and so I will not use again.

Very very poor service Very very poor service. I was waiting a week someone to COME and another courier. Have no real control after payment they will leave you in the dark as they constantly put you off for days on end with no professional answers. Disgusting service

Booked collection. Collection was not made on date specified. I was going away the following day. Had to get a taxi to the local depot to drop it off and they had to print the label there. Some will say that itd the collection company that are at fault but my contract is with ParcelMonkey, so they are the ones that get the heat. If they cant book it and ensure the collections are made, they shouldnt take your money.

Posted a item to myself from England to Northern Ireland. I took out insurance to protect its value. There was 2 items, one was badly damaged. They have given me a multitude of excuses why not to pay out compensation. Every time I give a response they say something different. It has sentimental value and I am so disappointed with the service. No customer service at all, you cannot get to speak with no one. It is a joke how they run their help desks. Use only if you dont care about your item as when things go wrong, you get no help or some one to talk with. So upset. Am looking in to taking legal action against them.

First time weve used Parcelforce International which we accessed via Parcel Monkey
Very good prices; half what some big players in logistics asked to send 8 kg to Denmark.
Parcel arrived in good shape with accurate tracking.
Looking forward to using the portal again.

Easy to book but disappointed the collection didnt happen when they said it would. It was another day later when the posty turned up to collect. The postman said the paperwork didnt arrive until that day, unfortunately this did cause a bit of a problem for me.
