PM7419436 Worst ever company do not use this company fake reviews sent parcel on 1 july today is 2 September its 2 month parcel is nowhere they only lie no compensation going court now to recover my money

Still waiting for parcel. Would be better to ask me to review after you have delivered the parcel. Status says problem with delivery address. As explained to you preciously this is because you decide to replace the address label I stick on with an address label of your own which is a complete different address. Heres a tip for you, peel of the delivery label you have stuck on to look at the delivery label I stuck on and you will have the correct address to deliver to. Also there is no way online to arrange a place for me to go collect or details of what I do now or how I communicate with anyone to actually get my parcel. There is no attempt to contact me by email I gave you or the 2 telephone numbers I have given to even try to attempt and deliver. Basically my parcel is stuck at a random depot somewhere until eventually it will be returned to sender. Would be much easier just to leave the customers address label as is and deliver it to the said address or at the very least..... call me!

Well worse company to deal with. Offered compensation for damaged parcel that was deliberately damaged by the courier. I refused it as only covered the return and sending of the parcel. I knew this was going to happen due to the nature and behaviour of the courier that collected the parcel. another courier does a far better job and is more sympathetic. I do fair amount of business with Parcel Monkey but no more!

VERY frustrating that the package was not picked up on the scheduled day. someone was waiting in the house, with the phone number given at booking. when followed up i was told the driver did not have a phone so they couldnt not contact him to go back and get the package. who does not have a phone!?!?! refused to even give an AM/PM estimated time for pick up the day after.
anyway. rebooked the following day. picked up and delivered promptly. so 4 stars... minus one for the driver/phone nonsense

I organised a collection on the Saturday morning of the bank holiday weekend and the package was delivered in tact on the Wednesday. I was well impressed with the ease it was to organise and the information given time during the transit period. Well done Parcel Monkey I will definitely recommend you.

I sent 2 boxes from the UK to Italy which were collected very promptly and delivered in good condition but did arrive on different days which was an inconvenience.

A good selection of couriers with competitive pricing.
The website is easy to use and it seems to integrates with the courier tracking so you can track your items from within Parcel Monkey.
Ive only used one provider typically, so I cant confirm the integration works with all providers.

A prearranged collection through Parcel Monkey by Courier started to go wrong when the courier company used a third party to collect the package, and they could not provide a receipt. After an online chat, I was able to obtain Couriers own consignment number, only to be told there was a delay, with a referral back to Parcel Monkey. Following a number of online chats with them, they finally promised to investigate the matter and get back to me...... Im still waiting!!!!! I have since discovered through Courier that my parcel was finally delivered a day late! Still havent heard anything from Parcel Monkey!

Whilst this was a good price it’s very disappointing you have to wait in between 8 and 6. It is claimed they have no way of tracking timings...but I just logged onto the Parcelforce app with the reference and found a 1 hour planned collection time. Not sure why you can’t provide this customer service.

Paid for next day collection for a parcel, paid £30, stayed in ALL DAY to have it collected and no-one turned up. First time Ive used these guys, always use Hermes and never had any problems. AVOID AT ALL COST, now trying to contact them to get my money back, appalling customer service

Terrible Service by Parcel Monkey arranged for a collection for the 29th no courier turned up. Spoke to the actual courier company who said they are collecting on the 30th as thats the date they have been given. Now have to wait in another day and loose a days pay. Parcel Monkey taking no responsibility as they say they are not a courier but they ARE the company I used to arrange my parcel collection. Asked where I could take my complaint further but just told to look at the Ts & Cs as it states time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed. Well thats not good when you are waiting in ALL day for nothing and then having to wait in ALL day the next day. Will never use this shambolic scamming company again and will go directly through a courier company in future might be slightly more expensive but no where near as much money as I have lost by having to wait in for a second day.

This is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and I was astonished by the fantastic service. I booked a parcel on a Friday for pickup in Kent and it was delivered to me in Sydney Australia the following Tuesday morning. Unbelievable service

Impossible to figure out the delivery day and time. You have to pay careful attention in the order process, it is only shown once and then never again until after your parcels are collected, and then they dont mention if the days are standard days or working days counted. The delivery came on time but it was a nightmare having to plan for their collection and drop off. POOR communication.
