easy to drop off. Just needed receipt from Post Office. Next day delivery, and it was. Personally think for the cost is was good value for money.

Having been let down by My Hermes (parcels uplifted 5 days late) we decided to try Parcel Monkey and have been pleasantly surprised with their efficient, value-for-money service.
Intend to use them from now on.

Parcel picked up on a Friday did not arrive until following Thursday after several phone calls following tracking which was not updated for three days also when you down load the app you have to input your tracking no every time

The whole process was seamless - parcel collected at specified time and delivered to Hong Kong within a few days, all at a reasonable price. Definitely our ‘go to’ company for delivering parcels to family all over the world!

I recently posted a new mobile phone ( A return ) using Parcel Monkey. After making the booking online I was given a date for collection by the courier but no time. The courier collected the parcel at 1030 so my day was not completely wasted in waiting for him. I have not been able to track the item and up till the present time I have no idea if it has been delivered. A bit worrying given the value of the item.

Absolutely delighted with this service - It was very easy to search and book a courier. I was given a competitive price for an international delivery. Collection was quick and straightforward. Furthermore, the recipient messaged to say it arrived in good condition, in super quick time! All this right before Christmas when they must have been at their busiest!

Confusion about the delivery dates. I got a text/email that my parcels were to be delivered on a certain day but they actually arrived a day earlier without any notice. The parcels were also damaged but nothing seems to be missing.

Really disappointed this time, I purchased a service of 2 days. I would have been OK if it took 4 days. However it took 12 days to get delivered after so many inquiries gls in France who had no clue about the parcel. Had I known that parcelforce uses gls courier I would have never chosen them. HOwever parcelmonkey still offer the best price

This time was ok but last experience with parcel monkey was a nightmare lost my parcel charged £17 for the privilege and never answered emails only used them again as needed do as courier

First, my package was returned with a false claim there was a perfume in the package even though there was no fluid int here at all, ParcelMonkey did nothing to protest it. I ended up paying twice to get the package shipped again, but this time even worse, the package got lost completely! I was unable to add a proper list with items included in the package and not asked to add any value for the insurance.

Ordered DHL next day Item was picked up promptly as outlined but unfortunately not delivered next day, being xmas eve. Eventually delivered on 27th. Disappointing as it was a xmas gift.

I have been using Parcel Monkey to raise requests with DPD for sometime now and have previously received an email with a link to the labels. However, on the last two occasions one email didnt arrive until the following day and one didnt arrive at all. I have needed to access the labels within Parcel Monkey. Has the process changed?

Good service. I first chose the collection option but the driver never came. I thus cancelled ths first parcel which was refunded to me within 3 working days. I then used the bring to post office service a few times and I no problem. I sent the parcel to France and it was really quick (4-5 working days). I would definetly used parcel monkey again.
