My parcel was delivered extremely damaged from man handling, very disappointed in the services from parcel force. Also paid for 24hr and has delivered 4 days later.

I once used parcel monkey for shipping 11 removal size boxes to Canada. It all went without a hitch. The process is easy convenient and straightforward whether it something big or small, going near or far. Self printing labels and invoicing great too.

Very easy to arrange a collection. Driver collected parcel on time. I received a text message to let me know when the parcel would be collected. It arrived at the destination after a few days. All this in time for Christmas. Thank you Parcel Monkey!

For the first time I used Royal Mail Parcel Force out of the selection offered and it was dreadful. The parcel was sent on 17th December and by the 22nd had not arrived. The family that I sent it to went abroad on the afternoon of the 22nd so no parcel for Christmas. This is the first time that Parcel Monkey has let me down.

It was alright in UK, but in Portugal the service doesnt work properly, because I have paid for an item to be delivered at my brother in law and the Portuguese Post office just leave the notice to people go and pick it up by themselves, and I known because my at the time they leave the notice all the family was there.
So when you promise a service be assured that the other part is willing to a accomplish the task

Posted a Christmas present to my son in Austria on the 20th December with a 3 day delivery. Its now the 30th of December and he still has not received his present.

we chose your company to deliver our parcel because you said it would be delivered in 4 to 7 days. This is 12 days on and the parcel still has not been delivered! You also disputed the weight of the parcel which was weighed by the post office and charged me an extra 11.89 as you say the parcel is heavier. Apparently my brother has to pay an extra 9780 rupees when it eventually arrives. As this is a return I find this quite unbelievable. So just to say it is now costing 88.89 to return a parcel worth £140. I am so disappointed in your company and dont recommend it.

Never heard of parcel Monkey before using them last week.
Easy enough to find a courier service for a decent price if you have a regular shaped and sized parcel to return.
I struggled to find someone to return a rug to Amazon and without parcel Monkey probably wouldnt have managed to do so.
Would definitely look at using them again.

Whilst the use of parcel monkey was straight forward the delivering agent was horrific. The intended recipient changed the delivery date to a MORE CONVENIENT time - not only were these instructions ignored but whoever was delivering the parcel thought it would be totally acceptable to THROW the FRAGILE parcel over an 8 foot fence. The parcel was clearly marked in multiple places it was fragile! Disgraceful behaviour. The only reason the package was not damaged was due to the fact I had packed it very well.

Sent my parcel in the 18th and it still had not been delivered. Paid for express 3-4 day delivery, service has been a joke. I want my money back!

I sent a parcel via PM/DPD on 7th October which arrived broken. I raised the complaint on 12th October - received a response on the 13th advising the claims dept would be in touch. On the 16th Oct I chased PM as I hadnt heard anything. On the 18th I received and sent back a claims form. I chased on 24th, I chased again on Nov 10th (received a response on 13th telling me the carrier is looking in to it). I chased again on 2nd, 3rd and 6th of December and finally received a response and my claim on the 6th. Very poor customer service.

Isent four parcels over the Christmas holidays to my family in Germany. Ive done the drop off at the post office near me as usual. Always works fine, also this time. Dropped off three of the parcels on the 17th and they all still made it to different parts of Germany on the 23rd. My family received the parcels in perfect condition and tracking of the parcels also worked fine. Very Happy!
