If i could zero rate i would have done it because only thing a customer gets is emty words of sorry apology etc etc no real action to postive move to correct the issue resoling it the worse experience i had in such a clear straight order paid more then 60£ misleading in details that take 4 to 7 days but infact takes 10 or more just to attract customers with anything no morals

CAUTION!! This company is a Scam! DO NOT USE THEM!! When you book a consignment you are made to tick a box that says you agree to any extra charges!! How their scam works is that after delivery you get an email saying that have taken a further payment from your card, « Because their ‘Laser’ machine measured your item and found it bigger than you stated!!! » This scam is used time and time again, read the reviews!! DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT!!

Found this to be an extremely useful service. Parcel Monkey found the quickest and cheapest Parcel carrier within minutes of looking with next day pickup from my home. If I had one small comment, I didn’t have any confirmation from the chosen carrier or when they were picking the parcel up. However, it was collected around 10pm so no worries at all. Good service will use again.

Using parcel monkey for almost 10 years now. Over this time we had a few issues with items getting damaged. In all cases parcel monkey kept their end and got us compensated for the loses (providing that you have a insurance included in shipping)
Their website is easy to use. Overall good quality service, keep it up the good work.

Charged me £50 extra and lied about the size of my parcel I even got the recipient to measure it and it was inside the size of the terms and conditions. Watch this company as they scam you out of money
