Parcel collected on time,but it took longer than the 48 hrs express service I paid for. It was collected on the Tuesday as arranged,but I didnt receive it until the Friday. A little disappointed. I also think I paid Insurance,so I should get fee back

Parcel took longer than they quoted. Also they added an extra charge stating the parcel was twice as heavy as it actually was and of course when I questioned it and sent proof as to the weight they didn’t even reply. Avoid this service

Driver picked up on time having getting a bit lost a bit and calling, making every effort to get to me at a remote location. Parcel then arrived on time across Europe. The pricing was extremely competitive so was a little worried almost too cheap so could I trust the service. I needn’t have worried and Parcel Monkey will be my go to next time. Thanks.

Huge amount charged after delivery. If my parcel was out in weight it was only by max 2kg. Thought £56 a lot to add on. VERY DISSATISFIED

I contacted parcel monkey and they were so helpful and professional. They came within a couple of days to pick up my parcel which was a large parcel ( a kitchen trolley). It only cost me £11 to send back to Amazon and the courier came with a label and a smile and gave me the receipt. I was contacted from amazon the very next morning to say they had received my return. I will definitely use parcel monkey for any returns or even sending parcels anywhere. Absolute fantastic company. Thank you ????

Sent parcel to Paris France .Just across the river. Parcelforse says will take 3 working days while booking to deliver .i booked my parcel 6 days before. Actually took ages 9 working days when someone was travelling back home fm there and intended to take the things in the parcel back home but eventually he couldn’t make it as it was delivered too late a week after. Very frustrating So it was a awful experience.

I bought a 4 day service and it was almost 10 days delivery. As it was from UK to Alabama, USA I was alarmed to see parcel go to JAMAICA on tracker! Happily, parcel was delivered, though I did get very worried about possible loss.

DONT USE!! my parcel was sat for 4 days not picked up I was told it will be tomorrow and tomorrow never came I have to take the parcel 15 miles to the UPS depot all because Parcel monkey never booked the collection

The site is very clear to navigate and the required service is very easy to use. I booked a delivery for next day before 12pm and it arrived on time. Inpaid extra to get a refund had they not delivered as agreed but I did not need it.
Three reasons for giving 4 instead of 5 stars:
1) I did not get any notification on the day to tell me whether what I posted was still on schedule and I don’t know if the person on the receiving end was notified either. They had enail and phone number that would have allowed that.
2) The option to enter the size of the parcel you’re sending allows you to enter numbers without showing you the units. So you don’t know whether they’re calculating based on cm or mm or inch!
The size I entered was as I measured it in cm. But I stayed guessing after paying for the label whether they’ll reject it at drop off because it was not the right size, etc…
3) when you print label from the website it does not leave much space from the top & left side. So if you’re using self-adhesive labels it prints part of the label on the edge that you don’t use. They don’t allow for the cut.
I wasted a 4x4 label sheet before deciding to take a screenshot of the printable label and paste it on a word document to adjust it and print correctly.
If these issues are fixed they’ll earn a well deserved fifth star

Parcel was not picked up from drop off point for nearly a week. Which was unlike the service we are use to from you guys, hopefully the customer is understanding but this type of service can have a big impact on our business .

I booked and paid for a collection on Monday 11th November 2024. It is now 9:30pm on Friday 15th November and my parcel still hasnt been collected. I called today, after it was re-scheduled on Wednesday 13th, and I was assured it would be collected today. I need this to be collected ASAP or I am going to miss my returns window.

Parcel still not received... Now supposed to be coming on Monday Which will be 7 days not 48hrs and parcelforce service terrible. Could only sort out, after going to post office and getting a tel No, where I could actually talk to someone. Automated telephone service did not support my situation.

Beware, if your parcel goes missing the carrier redirects you to Parcel Monkey, who refuse compensation as item (plant) is on their extensive prohibited list. Contents were accurately entered during booking and I was never told plants were prohibited. I have spent hours on phone to UPS (Useless Parcel Service) who finally tracked item after 3 weeks and their idea of returning to sender is not the senders name on the label, but to Parcel Monkey and if you would like to have your missing parcel returned they charge an admin fee (£8) plus postage again! Great scam for rewarding incompetent companies. I will stick with Royal Mail from now on

I paid for Fedex next day. I then drove to a drop off point and attempted drop off. They bizarrely didnt tell me that was not possible, costing me fuel and time. It also meant the parcel would not get there the next day. I then dropped it off the following day after having to waste my time badgering Parcel Monkey, where they eventually gave me an alternative barcode. This should have been delivered the next day. It wasnt. Not only have I paid for a service I havent received, Ive wasted a considerable amount of time and money running around trying to get it sent. Dont waste your time or money, my advice would be to use their service to find out whats cheapest then go direct, cutting out the part that might end up biting you.

Charged me an extra £19 two weeks later with phony accusations of weight and dimensions were incorrect! Ive been sending items through the post for 2 decades. I thought parcel monkey was great but turns out they ate lying thieves????
