sent package to the usa at an agreed price package delivered ok 4 days after delivery get a mail saying they are taking another £12 plus 50p admin charge as parcel overweight it was less than 1kg and measurments were collect have blocked them from getting any monies from my account this is just a cheap con trick

Parcel Monkey is a nightmare! Poor customer service experience, and total lack of coordination, slow responses and frustrating interactions I arranged for 17 parcels to be collected, but only 16 were delivered, from Suffolk to Edinburgh. The last parcel is still marked as "out for delivery," with a note indicating damage. My delivery was scheduled for Monday, 5th August. I reached out to the customer team regarding the status of the last parcel, and I was asked to provide a description. Despite providing the description multiple times, including attaching a picture for clarity, I have not received any meaningful update. I then received an email stating that the parcel was delivered and that the message about the damage was an error from the driver. However, this information was incorrect—the parcel was not delivered. I have contacted customer service again and am still waiting for their response. I will update this once I receive a reply. I must say that the customer service is really poor, with slow responses and frustrating interactions

Used to be great but the website has issues, yesterday charged me twice for a package as the order didnt go through to the checkout and made it look like I had to redo it. A refund has been issued for the duplication already. Today I made a payment for a delivery, and they have received the payment but no order is there, and the chat help isnt able to do anything so now have to wait for customer service to get back to me. In the meantime, Im loathe to pay for anything on here again. Still no response from Parcel Monkey. Have had to raise a fraud case with my bank

used Parcel Monkey for the very first time and I am extremely disappointed with their service. The customer care team keeps apologizing without providing any resolution. Ive been waiting for an update on a parcel sent to Bhutan, but the tracker shows it has been in Bhutan without any movement for a long time. I have no idea where my parcel is. I raised a complaint, but there has been no response, and the claims team is not responding either. Utterly disappointed with Parcel Monkeys poor service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Booking a door to door service from UK to India, only to be informed once the box reaches Delhi airport that it has to be picked up personally. Neither the booking team or the courier believe that reaching out to the cutsomer at the time of initial payment to clarify is part of the company ethic. Or to refund the amount for the service they havent been able to execute. Would give ParcelMonkeys entire team a minus star, if only it was possible.

Ive used Parcel Monkey several times now to send parcels to Australia - very easy to navigate the website , instructions clear and parcels have all been delivered on time without any issues. Cant recommend enough ????

My parcel was delivered to another address and its almost 6 weeks claims team is not responding me back. Very disappointed with customer service. Never recommend to anyone.

I used Parcel Monkey first time for an Amazon return. It was advised by their customer service representative. It’s been more than a week and the parcel has yet not been received by Amazon. The return window is closing soon.

Parcel wasnt collected for nearly a week. When I complained I was essentially told tough.. Fedex were more than happy to refund but Parcel Monkey just passed the buck and wouldnt entertain the idea.

cant fault the service, super competitive prices, had a slight problem getting my labels once but the issue was sorted before I could draw breath, wont use any other service from now on

The orignal price displayed and final price invoiced were vastly different from 23£ orignal 1lg to usa final invoice value was 51£ the additional fees were not detailed on the invoice. It did arrive in the specified time

Parcelforce is refusing to come and collect the two parcels I have paid to be collected. They told me that would come at some point on Friday and couldn’t specify when so I stayed at home ALL day and the driver didn’t show. I called up and they said they would be collected on Monday and I stayed at home ALL day today and the driver did not show. I also contacted ParcelMonkey today but received a response saying that re delivery has already been organised so I was unable to speak with anyone. So, I’ve stayed at home two full days and I’m still left with two parcels that I have paid to be collected. Horrible service!

Super easy to use, especially for international shipping. Found better prices than I was able to and the delivery was bang on time.
Clean and user friendly interface and you don’t have to create an account. 10/10, will certainly use again.

most likely lost but assistance is doing nothing to get in touch with the courier. Even though i am offering to get them in touch with a UPS customer service representative they avoid my request for email address saying they already contacted UPS and waiting for a reply (2 and half weeks now)

Had to return an electric cooker hood canopy as the spec was larger than the cupboard. The company were going to charge £25 to collect it but I found a good deal on Parcel Monkey that tracked the parcel and I could drop it off at my local Post Office. Was really pleased with the service. Was able to track the package was delivered and it only cost me just over £10. Highly recommend using this company.
