Useless Customer Service

Sadly, this is not a great company to use. You check a parcel in for express AM delivery and it gets there 4days later damaged!! I was sending a parcel to a post office so they have advised me to put a complaint in and not to use this company.

Shocking service! This is the second time it’s happened in eight weeks. You upgrade to check your parcel in for express delivery and it doesn’t get there!! No compensation or apology. They then make out You have booked a different service, but you have the history in front of you. Because you are using a third-party, you can’t get direct answers from the company you used, i.e. Parcelforce, DPD Etc. Avoid Parcel monkey Would be my advice.

I had 2 parcels to send back to a supplier and found it easy to book on line with Parcel Monkey. Selected Parcel Force 24. Dropped off at local post office. Returned goods received next working day after collection from P.O.
All very straight forward.

I am sick and tired of getting review for companies where youve just done what you are supposed to do! Any that send me a survey gets a low rating. Stop wasting our time. Doing what you paid to do is the bottom line...not something worthy of praise!!

Picked up when arranged, arrived four days later. Excellent value for money. French post office have tried to scam me by charging 1€ tva so they can charge admin. But I will be complaining to them

I had to send a parcel back to the UK agent of a US company, not something I do every day. With Parcel Monkey it was easy to pick the right carrier and the right level of service I needed for the task. Integration with the carriers systems went smoothly, as did the actual sending of the parcel. Good job Parcel Monkey and good job DHL.

Big parcel, carefully measured and weighed, booking was easy, paid £27,delivered OK. Then a week later with no advance notification or explanation they took another £77 from my account. Absolutely not on. Seems that once they have your payment account details they can just dip in when they like. Ive asked for an explanation and refund but no response.
