Horrendous company! Took extra charges without warning from my bank account without my consent. Claiming the dimensions of my parcel were wrong but couldnt provide any evidence. Please be careful with this company as they also make it very difficult to contact them to discuss anything!

Terrbile experience and will never use them again! Firstly they did not collect the parcel the day they said they would, it was collected 3 days later. Then on arrival to destination country, tracking says it is delivered, but i never received the parcel. No photo or proof of delivery for the parcel at all. Oh and i paid for a 3 day delivery service that took closer to 2 weeks! Then they took additional money from my account because apparently the parcel weighed 500grams more than i had stated, they dont even tell you this till after the fact, just take the money. I see on other reveiws this has also been an issue. Now the parcel is lost and i have had zero communication from them for the last 10 days, no update, no claim made on the insurance, just silence! Will never use again and certainly would not recommend them

Site is easy to use. Measure and weigh the parcel & input the information. Needed a printer for the Parcel Force label, but that was okay.

Sent urgent parcel to Germany, the recipient was asked to pay customs charge so it has been sent back. Every time I use PM it is a waste of time and money. AVOID

Charged me and then took an extra £76 out my account claiming the parcel was bigger than stated.....unless it was double the size these extra charges are crazy. So in total cost me over £100 to send back a super light package. No warning either. Just took the money out

Amazing service, my 15kg parcel was collected in Southampton on Wednesday morning and was delivered to Enniskillen, Northern Ireland on Friday morning, less than 48 hours. Also very reasonable cost

On line booking procedure was simple and quick. The driver turned up to collect exactly when he said he would. I could follow the progress on line every step of the way. Recipient wasn’t in for first delivery, but were in the following day, so all was good.

The parcel was returned to me. I paid £5.29 for the label which had no address on. So I went with Evri the one I use it was only 2.99. However the entire experience cost myself £8.28. But this time it was successful Im just waiting for my refund.
