Terrible service.. Pick up still hasnt come after three days. Customer service unresponsive! Really annoying. I would be willing to update this review if they got back to me but at this point...

Ive used parcel monkey now for a number of years, and have never let me down, cheaper than your local post office on large and heavy items,I will continue to use parcel monkey as I think their service is 2nd to none, keep up the good work guys.

Collection on a Friday went smoothly and within social distancing guidelines. Couldnt believe that my parcel was dlivered in 23 hours on Saturday morning. Well done to Parcel Force. I was very pleased that I had paid for the 48 hour delivery and didnt expect it to be delivered until the Tuesday.

Initially the quote suggested that my parcel would be delivered to New Zealand within 4 days - the quickest delivery I’ve ever had was 5 days with my previous company, so was impressed. Also, the price initially quoted was cheaper, but seemed to grow. The waiting in for collection was almost impossible and caused me a lot of problems with my work, so won’t be doing that again. The website appears to offer drop off, but when I tried to get this option it actually wasn’t available. By the way, my granddaughter is still waiting for her birthday present 11 days later. It’s been sat in the DHL depot for The last couple of days. The DHL tracking app is good, but alarmed at the carbon footprint of my parcel’s journey!

Arranged for parcelforce to collect. They didnt collect on the arranged day. Parcelmonkey said I wont get a partial refund and I have to reschedule for another day next week - in the meantime I have a bulky item obstructing my corridor. This is not how a company should behave. I have already paid for a service and I didnt get it. Appalling service. Dont recommend.

My parcel was delivered to the correct address in rural France which was quite good. It took a bit longer than I expected (8 days instead of 3-4). Most important thing is it got there. Would probably use Parcel Monkey UK again, I think.

Though everything else was OK. Parcel Co has charged additional money and taken from my account without consent for wrong reason. Im 200% sure that pack wa 1750 gms they charged me for 4kg.
