Arrange for 3 parcels to be picked up. They arrive and only pick up 2 saying they have no record of the 3rd, when taking to customer services they say they have no record of a order even though I have paid nearly £20 for it have 3 recipts and 3 traking numbers from there company yet there saying im wrong and that I have to purchase another order! Im about to loose out on 400 pound because of them not being able to do there job properly.

Had to get a package to my elderly, isolated Mum when Dad was taken into hospital and I was under COVID isolation. Collection from home and delivery all went to plan perfectly, and for little more than if I’d taken it to the Post Office myself!

Every other time I use parcel monkey it’s a disappointment! Parcel gets damaged.... not our fault. Courier doesn’t turn up... not our fault. Missed next day deliver... can I have a refund?... NO, it’s not our fault! They are just a middle man and avoid any liability or service obligation. Better off going direct to the courier company!

Rubbish Comms are terrible, service is zero, do not use Tuffnels if you actually want your delivery, Im still waiting, see the useless tracking info below. I would rate lower if I could.I appreciate these are challenging times, however an email or phone call would be nice to explain were my delivery is. Used these several times.
Very easy to select most appropriate service. It much cheaper to buy Parcel Force service from Parcel Monkey than at the local post office and easybin lockdown as you only have to drop off.

i did choose Courier next day delivery, 11/05/2020 monday, 15.37, driver collected, until 15/05/2020, not reach to receiver. i called Courier, because the parcel monkey is purely broker, any problem, just show your thirdparty website, sort it out by yourself!‘ Courier told me that they would delivery on monday 18/05/2020. as you known, they did not. next day, 19/05/2020, i set off from my home about 47 miles to their local depot, arrived at 8:17am, asked them to give me back my parcel, im going to delivery myself. now they could not find my parcel, ask me to wait, FINE！ i was seating in the car to wait, till 12:46pm, finally they found my parcel, and release to me, of course, i did delivery myself. 4 AND HALF HOUR TO FIND MY PARCEL! NO EVEN ONE SORRY I PAID POSTAGE (NEXT DAY SERVICE)
