Parcel monkey were brilliant - sadly let down by their courier ...UPS (Croydon). Parcel monkey did a great job nagging UPS but seemed pretty ineffective Got there in the end

I used this service for the 1st time. Paid £40 for a collection of a parcel 4 days ago, and it has been shown as at hub for four days. I was expecting next day delivery. Up until now I have not received any correspondence from parcel monkey or parcelforce its really bad.

Used quite a few times now but on the last occasion the parcels werent collected and I had to rebook collection. Just a bit annoying when you paid for next day because it was important. However, service is normally good, just may not use the same service.

Parcel due Fri 22/5. Now 1500 on Monday 25/5. No replies to messages. No replies on chat room. No tracking details on my parcel. No help. No information. No service to speak of. VERY disappointed and frustrated.

Usually very good but do compare with Royal Mail for parcels weighing less than 1kg and large items. On two recent transactions I saved almost £10 online.

Excellent service from start (pick up) to finish (delivery). The tracking details were updated efficiently & quickly. Our son has lived in Sweden for over 3 years now & this was by far the quickest he’s received parcels/mail. We will not hesitate to use your service in the future.

During lockdown parcel monkey has been invaluable. My Daughter and grandchildren live in France and I have sent a few parcels across. On average it takes around 3 days door to door and the collectors are always friendly

Not great paid for premium service for international delivery to Oman. 3-5 working days. Day 6 no successful delivery and the no information about tracking. It was meant to be a surprised gifts! Clearly disappointed. I get the COVI19 situation but they were happy to accept the money for premium service. Not one for usually complaining but readers reviewing carefully before committing might be worth going directly to couriering company Sorry parcel monkey for the review but very disappointed.

I always get an email asking for a review .Ill say the same as the last few times , I used parcel force service through monkey and have no complaints .Goods delivered when they were supposed to be .I will use monkey again and again until I have a problem , Ive not had any problems .

sent my package out for next day delivery, Was going about 2kms up the road. This company lost my package in the depot for 3 WEEKS ahah, the best part is I had to pick up my package. But wait guys, while it was mysteriously lost. When I revied my package from the warehouse guy it was ripped and had footprints on my package! it gets EVEN better! my package was thrown around so much it broke my dam PS4! THANKS to parcel "monkey" they wont deal with me because of account holder issues, so now I have to pay 200 for a new one. WELL DONE GO YOU will never use this service and my influence will be present across all social media channels and my online streaming, aka avoid this business..

Package weighed 18 kilo. Parcel monkey claimed it weighed 77kilo and took £27.11 from my account without permission to cover the alleged discrepancy. In the process of trying to recover overcharge
