Totally unreliable and will defend bad couriers rather than their customers. We were in all day, like most of the nation due to Coronavirus, and out of nowhere get an email saying they attempted to collect but no-one was in. Looked out the window and saw the van driving off. Contacted customer services, with the video evidence that the van never even attempted to collect, and they did not want to know. Defended their courier company and would do nothing. Paid for a next day service that we did not receive but no refund. Waste of time, use a proper parcel company.

Arranged for a parcel to be delivered by Courier via Parcel Monkey, we weighed and measured it and sent them the details. The items sent was 100 hamlet cigars. Parcel Monkey emailed to say they we’re charging extra because the package weighed 14 kilos, which is absolute rubbish. We contacted parcelmonkey to dispute the weight and extra charge but no reply has been forthcoming. Their Customer Service is non existent, there to busy swinging from the trees.

Its confusing when you send 2 different labels, and the first line address is to short and in the other country the address is working differently, I needed to calll them in romania because they said it’s wrong address because they don’t have first and second line address. Also when printing the label its. Ot in the middle of the paper. Needs to be improved

Have used parcel monkey for quotes in the past and always good. The one time I actually needed a courier I got only three options and all above £50 (nearly 3 times what it should be) and hardly any couriers offering. I went to another site and got what I would usually get from parcel monkey, with loads of options . Not sure what is going on but they lost my business this time.

My parcel was labelled correctly by me, courrier came on time but his label that he stuck on DID NOT have an address on!!! So he could not take my parcel. Long live chat with Parcel Monkey it was picked up again 2 days later. Arrives in 3 days time.

I pay and arrange parcel collection and delivery. and you send an email asking me to contact the person at the collection point if I require any more information. You would think you would know whos paying for your service. He who pays the monkey calls the tune! collection was arrange for 28 ,No information on the expected delivery date. tracking not working.

Having to to wait over a week for a parcel to be delivered which was on an overnight delivery is unacceptable and when you ask for a refund for poor service they throw the terms and conditions at you and tell you the service is not guaranteed. The only guarantee is that they will take your money but never give any back as a good will gesture.
