Excellent service! The website indicates the various options, and the whole process is very easy. Ive used ParcelMonkey for a number of Christmas parcels sent both inland and abroad, and theyve always been very efficient.

You didnt do very well.... The tracking says it was left England for Germany and has said that since the 12th December, it is now the 22nd and that is 10 days so it must be coming on a rowing boat, Maybe you can try and find it for us ! Not Happy, Mr D Hutchings.

Four urgent packages booked well in advance for collection from my house on a next day service. Courier never arrived to collect, two days in and still nothing so I took the boxes to the carrier myself. I appreciate delays happen but Parcel Monkey are totally absolving themselves of any responsibility. No help to fix the courier pickup problem, No apology, no offer of a refund or credit note. Service works well when it works but it appears you’re on your own when it doesn’t.

My parcel was supposed to arrive 3-5 days after it was taken from my home and it hasn’t arrived yet. The tracking has also not updated in about 4 days.

Gift package sent USA, selected DHL as carrier.
Guidance from both Survey Monkey and DHL was clear, together with associated risks with restricted items. Delivery took 6 days instead of the 2-4 days indicated, howver this was the lead into christmas week.

Absolutely disgusted with this service! I measured and weighed my package and entered this correctly when I was given the quote with parcel monkey to post my gifts to the USA. My package was very light and weighed less than 3kg as verified by my local post office the previous day, when I got a comparison quote for using parcelforce service with them. Royal mail quoted me £67 to send direct with them but with Parcel Monkey it was around £45 (saving around £20) or so I thought!!. Today I get an email to say they have taken an additional £66 off my card as my parcel weighed 15kg not 3kg, nearly 5x the weight... without providing any photographic evidence of this. This means its now cost me over £100 to send a small package to USA and I am now worse off. Guess what no phone number to be able to contact someone to appeal this either, they just say its in the T&Cs. I would never recommend this company or use this service again...

3 parcels to france, 1 delivery within 48 hours, the other 2 in less than 72......parcelforce cant touch them..... And at a reasonable price so give them a try!!

Parcel Monkey is a very reliable service. I am a regular customer of them, I use they services time by time. Never had any problem. Parcels are always reach they destinations, mainland or abroad.

Really pleased with parcel monkey, theyve delivered great service. Had to source a company to deliver parcels before Xmas Eve, lots of options and led me to DHL which has taken the stress out of it.
