Great service from the UK to France, no issues at all, would definitely use again. Parcel collected from home, tracking was spot on and items got there in one piece. Reasonable too.

Easy to book. Best prices. Amazing communication. Have used you before and always great. Definately recommend to use PDP option always. So quick and reliable. England to Ireland within 48 hours!!! Unbelievable considerate respons to queries. Maybe I was lucky with my contacts but even though the mistake was mine they went out of their way to make it right. I will never go back to dealing directly with shippera when I can have this level of service from Parcel Monkey.

I left my parcel at the pick up point last Monday and has not been delivered as yet. There is no rush for it to arrive but the tracking is not clear and Im not sure if the parcel has even been shipped as yet. An update would be good. Thanks.

Sent 2 parcels from Worcestershire to Manchester. Picked up by parcel force from home on the day arranged (Friday). Went 48 hour delivery and allowing for weekends (when they advise you they do not deliver) actually arrived on the Monday which is 24 hours. All intact and signed for and more than reasonable price. Would recommend.

Thank you Parcel Monkey and DHL, you have saved our Christmas! On Saturday, we were all distraught when our Christmas plans were in tatters when our daughter and family were placed in tier 4. We immediately researched the best way to exchange presents and chose parcel monkey and DHL. Both parcels were collected yesterday and tonight I have been able to watch my little granddaughter unpack the box and place the gifts under the tree and on Christmas day we will be able to watch our family unwrap them. Its not quite what we were planning but it brought tears to my eyes anyway! Thank you and we will certainly use your services again. Happy Christmas!

Parcel Monkey did exactly what they promised - they found me the right carrier for the size, weight and destination of my 13kg, 1m long Christmas parcel; they collected it promptly, delivered it safely from the UK to France within a few days, and all for about £14. Brilliant - so, so good when you find a service that is easy to use and does what it sets out to do.

Our local post office suggested Parcel Monkey due to the weight of the parcel.
I have to say its been brilliant from start to finish. Easy to set up, print labels, and hand in to our PO. Tracking has been spot on.
