Really easy to use service. Given an hour time slot for my items to be collected from my house and items were delivered to family in Italy on the day and time they were meant to be.

After using Hermes and had complaints how they treated goods i thought its about time i changed.
This was the first time i had used this service Parcel Monkey UK and was very please to be notified when my collection would be, the tracking, and where it was going to be taken to the door. Would defiantly use again... Thank you so much...Merry Christmas everyone 2020... Keep safe...

I had read about ParcelMonkey on moneysavingexpert and tried it out to deliver a box to Spain via DPD. I was very impressed with the price and the ease and efficiency of using the service. Considering it was the week before Christmas and Covid time’s my parcel was picked up on the Wednesday and arrived in Spain Monday morning. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them.

2 out of 3 parcels NOT delivered!!!!! Spent £143 to get them from UK to New Zealand on the 11 December- Christmas presents included as well as baby clothes for my niece,and they didnt arrive! Still waiting a response as to what happened???? Am furious and completely let down! How can you do this over Christmas!!??

Booked and uplifted 18th and said 2 days, decided it was prob 3, 4 at most. It is now 5, not counting weekend, and parcel not delivered.... In France but not at destination. Aware of port blockage but parcel tracking shows it was in France 2 days before blockade, so obv french delivery system to blame. Xmas gifts.

Parcel that I sent to my family was wrapped and packed properly and insured. State of box that reached my family home after international shipping was surprising. I know box is 21kg, but still - we all required have some standards at work. Box reached like being kicked and smashed around, resealed by someone with white tape and huge hole on the side. Some parts of shipment clearly got lost or been taken out. Shipment was insured, sadly in this case no one wants to take any responsibility. There is no item you can deliver on DPD or Parcel monkey service that would comply with requirements. Even chocolate is on prohibited item list. Anything you send its on the prohibited item list by some random coincidence. So you cant claim from insurance cant claim from insurance even you paid for parceld insurance. Thats not something normal...

Parcel Monkeys side was immacculate. The delivery company OKish only.
The order was placed on Thursday evening.
The delivery company (Parcel Force) was clearly informed immediately, and collected the parcel first thing the following morning.
Service selected was 48-hours, which Parcel Force lists as "two working days" to the chosen postcode. Delivery was after mid-day the following Thursday, which is a good four working days.

Not a good time to ask for a review when I arranged collection of a parcel a week ago, and at the time of writing this, there is no sign of it, and useless tracking info. The parcel is a mobile phone belonging to an elderly lady, that I am supposed to transfer to a new phone and send back to her. Without it she is cut off entirely. Over the Christmas period. No number to call, no useful response from emails sent.

While parcel monkey cant do much about the contractors that sell through their service, my "Next Day Delivery" option took 3 days to arrive. I understand things are very busy at the moment and thankfully I had factored in extra time in case of issues. The site itself is simple and easy to navigate, and in regular times Im sure the actual delivery service would run as advertised.

I was unsure of parcel middle men before now but tbh teamed up with parcelforce they seem pretty good, parceforce have always collected and somehow the price seems better! So give them a go!
