I found the system easy to use and booked a collection for next day. They sent me a one hour slot and parcel was left ready in the porch. They failed to turn up to collect the parcel however and when I looked online they had said that the parcel wasn’t ready for collection! This was a lie as no one had actually turned up. Very disappointed that my elderly mother who is alone this Christmas now will not receive her present from me until the 29th December. Very poor service and there is no number you can ring. Don’t use this company.

Parcel Monkeys site was easy and uncomplicated. With immediate confirmation of my order - Courier DPD kept us up to date with pick up times and arrived when specified - even to the French Alps!
All my deliveries arrived in good condition - as sent. I will definitely use them for all my parcel post in the future.

Very unhappy with service, I booked a next day collection (23rd Dec) and parcel monkey have actioned Courier to collect on the 30th Dec. Courier also couldn’t understand why parcelmonkey had done this. If it wasn’t possible to offer next day collection, it should have said so when I made the booking and I would have then selected another service. A 7 day wait for collection is ridiculous!

Racketeering & Theft of £52! Despite jumping through all the Hoops provided by the difficult long winded policy’s and low quality portal. In an attempt to claim a wrongly additional charge of £52. Parcel monkey will be holding onto my £52 despite photographic evidence of the physical size of the package requested by them. My package was 65cm x 65cm x 35cm, @ 15kg and cost £11.10 to send. A Fair price for the service. Instead Parcel monkey are charging me £52 + £11.10 for my package they claim is 800 x 800 x 35cm @ 46.7kg!!!!!!!!! As peice of plastic came loose and tripped the scanner. So an automatic volumetric kg valuation is Produced regardless of any additional costs incurred by them. This is still with photographic evidence provided and every effort to assist them in issuing the refund. I plan to take this further and sincerely hope no one else suffers from the un ethical racketeering hands of parcel monkey. A £11.10 service actually cost me £63.10

i cant give zero stars but i wish i could , this company its a true scam, ibookonline a colection from london to myanmar on8/12 colected promt next morning and then on 9/12 shkws deliver in slought at Norsk, after few days i check thetracking parcel state onhold not in delivery area, contact parcelmonkey they say tbey cant deliver it so i request returnto me, ever since they fail to provide me with thedetails or when ill get my parcel or where it is, i have purchase insurance and paid 145£ for service , they have not provide any insurance details, not answer to my complain, only reply i get theparcel it will return to me theyneed hear from carrier , and today 23/12 i have no parcel no money , no insurance details , plus they have ruin thechristmas as the gifts willnever arrive at destinantion since they noteven back to me, so from 9december up to 23 december they have not been able to return from slought to london my parcel, its a total scam and i ralort it to police

Sent two packages through parcel monkey. Both collected as agreed and due to be delivered in 24hrs Both reached destination 4 days later. I know it’s busy but why say 24hrs (& pay for it!!) & not do it. Rather disappointing.

I Recommend Parcel Monkey
I am quite impressed with this company and wish I knew about them sooner. After going to the post office with 2 big parcels for Europe and being quoted around £50 to send each parcel I decided against it. I came home and my husband suggested I send by courier which I always thought was much more expensive. I was really surprised by the Parcel Monkey quotes which were £13 for each parcel. Well thats already a huge saving. Whats more is that each parcel arrived 2 weeks earlier than one I had sent 3 days previously! Their instructions are also very easy to follow. I will only use Parcel Monkey instead of Royal Mail going forwards.

Used for the first time, I will use again as it was pretty simple, I had an issue with my printer, but was able to email a friend to get the labels printed.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I had to queue inside a post office to drop off, this may be due to that particular location, but having a drop off that means you don’t have to go into a building would be great especially in these tricky times.
