city-link broke my parcel, didnt tell me and my buyer wants a refund, and to give me the item back!,. im severly out of pocket!

Our Response: Next day delivery is not guaranteed but is successful in over 96% of cases. A guaranteed service is available though from us and if it fails you get your money back.

failed collection, no response from PM as to when it has been rebooked or whether PM has received instructions of the failed collection.

Our Response: The request sent is for the order you made last week which was delivered on 17th April after being collected the day before.
Top draw service. Very smooth and value for money. I won't go to the post office again for large parcels.
