Never used Parcel Monkey before but had to return a rather large and heavy parcel and they were one of the suggestions given. Dead easy to use, range of postal services to choose from and I simply picked my nearest Pust Office to drop off. Was able to track item also. Defo use again.

I have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions now to send shipments to Australia, each time the service has been fantastic. Collected & delivered within 7 days with no issues. Would highly recommend this company.

Worst courier service i have EVER used. I tried to get a package collected for over a week and it never got collected. Customer service were incredibly unhelpful and would just repeat the same thing without actually trying to resolve the problem. I ended up having to cancel my booking and use a different service. Total waste of time.

Not impressed by booking process. I put in details to send a parcel from England to Northern Ireland and it came up with quotes starting from about £7. I factored this into the price for the item I was sending (recipient paying postage). When I came to book the delivery I chose the £7 offer only to then be told that that service was not available for deliveries to N.I. and that cheapest offering was £19 plus. Great, I am out of pocket because you couldn’t tell me this at the start!

Service was terrible. Courier didn’t turn up to collect my item so had to call them and wait for hours for them to come back. It then took 4/5 days for my item to be delivered. Once it was finally received the parcel was completely ruined / smashed beyond repair. Parcel monkey didn’t feel this was bad enough service to refund me for the £45 I spend on the service let alone offer any refund for the damaged item. Sounded like it was fairly standard for their providers to provide this level of service & nobody cared.

I use Parcel Monkey for all of my Shipments to China. They are efficient and all queries are dealt with online well. They are the best price for China and Parcel Force are by far the best in getting items into the country.

Sent parcel to New Zealand found them very professional and efficient paper work easily filled in and labels sent by email, documents required for export were easy to use and attach to parcel also they provided the best price for export

The courier returned my parcel to Germany after 3 weeks without an explanation. When I complained I was told the customs code was wrong although this does only apply to traders and all paperwork and declarations were correctly filled in on my part (I checked with staff at the post office). There has been no further communication from Parcel Monkey nor a refund. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
