Item booked to come from Scotland to New Zealand, advised 5 days delivery. Item left Scotland ended up in Poland and delivered back to Scotland, 11 days later and still no parcel. ?!

It was very easy to book a parcel pickup online. It is to go by the only carrier offered in Jersey - ParcelForce. Booking directly with them would have cost me over twice the price I paid on Parcel Monkey

Saying address wasn’t correct, waited over a week and then returned parcel to sender. Address was correct!

The price was good and the parcel was delivered fine by Courier. The problem came later when I was charged for an over size and over weight parcel. I supplied photographs of the package with a tape measure next to it to show that a mistake had been made. Despite numerous attempts I never made any progress with Parcel Monkey complaints department. They just asked me to be patient but this has gone on since August! I asked to escalate it but no options were given - Hopeless customer service. The over size penalty payment has been taken from my card and it seems I have no way to get it back. Royal Mail this Christmas I think.

Im a regular user of Parcel Monkey and have been using their service for a number of years. All parcels have been completely trackable and Ive had no losses or damages. Ive sent parcels within the UK as well as overseas and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

International delivery was speedy and tracking worked well. Unfortunately received had to pay extra fees to collect parcel which was not expected or explained.

Followed the instructions in a recent PM email about posting parcels to Europe and chose DPD. Ridiculously complicated to chose the correct customs codes and after all that STILL got charged another 11 Euros customs charge as it entered Eire. I realize the customs system is nothing to do with PM but still a disappointing experience.
