I was initially scared that my boxes would be delivered.... I was wrong. It was delivered to my door as agreed and on time. As it stands, I will no longer move heavy items. Percel Monkey will move them

To be left well alone! If your measurements do not measure up to their laser measurements you will be charged 5X (maybe more!). This money will come straight out of your account without you knowing. (They having your details!) I was as honest on my measurements and told them I would pay the extra. They don’t want to know, they have your money now. There’s no phone number only an email which they will get back to you when they’re good and ready. Your invisible with no help!

Really good price, much cheaper than other quotes. Unfortunately the contents were destroyed in transit,so I had to give a full refund to my purchaser, but I put the blame squarely on the mishandling by Parcelforce.

I chose parcel monkey as could deliver parcel to new Zealand for the 5th of November. I tried to contact customer service regarding my parcel still being at Gatwick on the 6th of November. NO RESPONSE. It was really important that my parcel arrived on time. WHAT A WAIT NO MONEY! Really wish I went with another company. So angry what the impact has caused.

Every day since giving my details to this company I have been getting 2/3 spam calls. I tried contacting them to find out if theyre responsible but have still had no response despite their automated response saying they would respond with around 3hrs.

Utter waste of space, parcel was supposed to be delivered between 3-8 days so is already 2 days late and hasnt actually tracked for 10 days, their response? Keep monitoring the tracking and if it still hasnt moved by next week get back to us, absolutely no interest in trying to find out where my parcel actually is and no interest in actually trying to loate the actual parcels current location

Parcel Monkey 2k package from UK to USA - Parcelforce was £5 cheaper than Royal Mail, easy enough to purchase on website, weighed using kitchen scales, dropped off at small rural Post Office on Friday at 3pm, was delivered to California by 1pm local time on Tuesday! Wow!

Quick and easy to book the parcel collection, the time frame for collection is anywhere between 7am and 6pm. I had the labels printed ready, I had no trouble with the collection.

This is just a comparison site for courier companies. But beware, because when you pay Parcel Monkey you have no redress with the courier company if something goes wrong. I chose Courier to collect my package from a list supplied by PM. Today, five says later, I found out that the company I was returning my product to still has no record of having received my return. They asked for the tracking number - I gave them the only reference number that Courier provided. This wasn’t recognised and apparently didn’t qualify as a tracking number. As yet I can’t claim any refund for the returned product, even though Courier collected my parcel. Of course Parcel Monkey will wash their hands of it by saying they don’t transport the goods, but they happily take your money.
