Avoid this company at all cost, use another courier. I was sending a parcel to America but luckily realised it was a scam buyer so I cancelled the parcel within 23 hours of booking it, I then got the parcel stopped myself because they did nothing so it never left the parcel force depot & was returned to me but these people keep telling me they sent it to America so I can’t have my money back. I’ve tried telling them this but they don’t listen. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Arranged next day collection. The courier never came. I contacted ParcelMonkey and they offered to rearrange collection for the next day (i.e. 2 days after it was supposed to have been collected). Useless.

I arranged a collection of some parcels but they were not collected. You said it was because the order had not proceeded to payment. I explained that the order had proceeded to payment as the payment was debited from my bank account. I provided a copy of the bank statement showing this. Six weeks on, and I am having to chase the refund. Not great customer service.

I love that I left instructions for the parcel collection and it was followed
That was after 1 week trying to do same with the other parcel site
Will be doing more parcels with the monkey now.
And the tree planting is great too

Their service quality getting worse everyday. They lost my parcel and they dont accept any responsiblity, they didnt even want to refund the shipping money, their emails were very priggishly. Now my parcel lost, my customer is unhappy, i lost money and my product! Who won? ParcelStealerMonkeys

I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected a week later and cannot get a reply or an update from parcel monkey, who tell me not to contact the courier directly. This is really frustrating.

Sent a rug back with the same packaging and weight declared by sender got out the measuring tape and everything - was initially charged £23 for the service however 2 weeks later told it was over weight and charged me an additional £52 - so £75 in total to return a rug! I’ll get it weighed were I can see how much it cost myself next time as there much cheaper alternatives!

My experience with Parcel Monkey using DHL has been brilliant, DHL staff are competent and incredibly helpful no matter how busy. The Parcel Monkey booking system is so easy to use. Delivery on time and impeccable, thank you so much.

Without problems I could send my box to a EU country in cheaper rate. It takes longer to reach the destination these days. It is nearly there now.

When I booked the service, I selected the no need to print label option because my printer is broken. When I arrived at the post office to drop off the parcel I was asked to have a label printed and attach it to the parcel, which cost me an extra £2.80 - 80p for the print out and £2 for the tape. I was not impressed. Otherwise good service and speedy delivery.

Very easy to setup and item was picked up and shipped as expected, unfortunately Item arrived damaged through parcel force but parcel monkey were excellent and handled my claim very efficiently.

Ive used Parcel Monkey before and its been an excellent service. The trouble however arises when you have a problem with a delivery. I sent a parcel from the UK to USA for my sons birthday. I sent it early on 27.10.21 and paid for an express service so it should have arrived at the latest in America by 1.11.21. I sent it with Parcel Force and their tracking says its been exported and that USPS (the agent in the US) should have it. USPS tracking says its still in the UK and has not arrived in America. Ive spoken to Parcel Force and they wont deal with me because I went through Parcel Monkey. Ive spoken to USPS and they couldnt help me. The only option I have had is to talk via live chat on Parcel Monkey as there are no contact numbers. The two ladies Ive dealt with have been very nice however to say its really vague about what the policy is an understatement of the year. I am trying to find out what happens if the parcel is lost and can I claim on the additional insurance I purchased and was told we could claim once it had been delivered. I asked what if it wasnt delivered and they said that theyd need to raise an investigation with the courier and that I just need to keep an eye out for delivery updates. Not very acceptable at all. This has really shaken my faith in their service and so much so I probably wont use again or recommend - which is a shame.
