We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

I found the website very easy to use and all parts of the delivery went according to plan so very very pleased

supposedly carded two days running, no card at address! so where did you go? 3 days longer and got to collect, a joke!

Our Response: The tracking shows 2 attempts made and that the receiver has made contact to collect from the depot themselves.

The parcel was for 24hr delivery.it took 5 days

Our Response: You order was collected on Friday and delivered on Tuesday so in fact was one day longer due to being a remote area.

Royal mail have the sub 2kg market covered in terms of price unless the item is large. Don't forget you have to go there though and we offer a door to door service!!
