Are label reply time is normally within a few minutes. This is because we have to pass the info to the courier who then confirms the booking, responds to us and we then produce the label.

Our Response: You are correct at the moment but it will be very soon. We have a few issues at the start of this new product which we are working on. Please accept our apologies but it will be working correctly very soon.
Twice ParcelMonkey have advised that a parcel would be collected on a specific date, but it was collected the next day, i.e late!

You didn't give a delivery time. You EVENTUALLY turned up at 17:50. The package was battered when it arrived. I'm not going to use you again

Our Response: As explained at the time of booking both collections and deliveries are anytime unless a "timed" service is purchased. The outer layer of the parcel may have been damaged in transit but were the goods intact?

We have no plans to raise our UK domestic prices unless the couriers do.
I did provide a telephone no. but there was no call and the driver went to the site office - something I wished to avoid troubling manager.
