Parcelforce did not deliver until about 7.30 at night - much later than expected and an inconvenience.

Quick and great delivery as always except message to change the delivery address wasnt passed to courier so went to wrong address!

Paid for 'next day before 12'. Wasn't even collected till 2 days later... Probably the courier more than PM. But wasn't happy about it...
