Parcel due for pickup Monday for next day delivery was not collected with no prior notice. Had to wait in another day for collection.

Of course they are true as the data is taken from the courier companies themselves. Why would we try and charge this and risk a lost sale if it wasn't true??
PM is great but I will think twice before choosing CityLink again, don't call and don't follow instructions - 3 day nightmare!!

Would like to use Paypal, you must be the only company that don't use it.

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.

Our Response: And you can buy the same service cheaper from who? We provide a postcode look up which fills out most of the form for you and also our system allows you to save addresses.
