Our Response: So you placed the order the day before even though the item was not ready to send then rate us down when the driver arrives as you think it's to early!!

Not your fault, but CityLink failed to collect parcel on day 1, they said they came but didn't leave a card or try to call my mobile.

very poor reported damage as soon as buyer told me but no refund as i did not let you know within 24 hours off delivery what can a seller do

Our Response: I understand your point but if the item is damaged in transit it's most likely to be obvious at the point oof delivery or as soon as the item is opened. If we allow notification to be longer whats to stop the item becoming damaged and then a claim made against us / the courier concerned?
