the only thing that you could improve on is if you could maybe give a pick up timeslot rather than a 8am-6pm

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Parcel was booked for collection today and has not been collected a day wasted sat in doors when I should have been in the workshop earning
