Courier service (Courier) regular doesn't collect on the designated day. Resulting in numerous phone calls to rearrange. Terrible service.

We paid for 2 boxes to be picked up on 22/11 to be delivered by 12 the next day, they weren't picked up until 23/11 & not deliverd in time!

when using parcelforce it would be good to drop off parcel at there depo my self instead of wasting all day waiting in for them

Slightly concerned that the pick up van and driver had no identification showing when I handed the parcel over. Otherwise very satisfied
