I was waiting from 8am to 6.30pm until you collected my parcel. Would help a lot to know at least if you collect morning or afternoon.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Apart from the driver being unable to find my address to collect, then finding me the next day to do a delivery, it all went well

Prefer a time slot to pick up the package, save waiting in all morning when it was collected late morning! but a very businesslike service
