1st time we've used the service, and it was fantastic! Parcel collected from Reading at 2pm delivered to Cornwall by 11am. Will use again.

The parcel still has not been delivered, very poor. I have sent a lot of parcels to this address and you are the 1st not to find it.

Our Response: We are not the courier company but we are sorry that the local driver could not find the correct location.
Very good company, not had any problems so far even got an email when one parcel got slightly damaged and sorted out very quickly.
