When I drop an item off at city link they could let their driver know instead of getting them to still call round next day

This is a City Link IT issue which we are trying to resolve with them. I fully understand how annoying this is though!!

Driver turned up with bag that was too small so didn't take my parcel . Had to send by royal mail so paid parcel monkey for nothing!

Our Response: The driver turns up with a DX bag that your item will fit in if declared correctly in terms of dimensions.
