Everything good, but the tracking messages were not very understandable.

very poor had day of work driver never turned up i rang up to be telled driver tried to collect and left slip no slip and no collection!!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Perhaps providing a box or crate for the item, it would be reusable so green and convenient for both parties.
