im old and still wirjnin inches!!! it should be an option when having to put size of item down. I had to wait for my sons to sort it for me.

We went metric in the early 1970's. If you can use a PC, which came out much later, I am sure you can use a more modern tape measure that displays cm's ;-)

When the parcel is not collected on the expected day, it is impossible to speak to anyone, and the tracking does not give any information.
