Parcels arrived ok. It would be very helpful in the future if we were given a AM or PM pickup. Say 08:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 18:00.

I received an extracharge from the local delivery company (DHL) for 'handling charges' (GBP 9) in addition to local taxes.
