Parcel arrived on perfect time but it was damaged, not sure if this was down to you or Courier they said its down to you!!

Item arrived damaged, clearly done in transit. Impossible to reach PM customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Parcel money without fault until Courier pretend they tried to collect - then I'm left high a dry to deal with Courier

Courier were due to collect a prcle on Jan 2nd they didn't come, I re-arranged for 3rd jan - they didn't come - I took it ti their depot!!

booked next day delivery via Courier. They didn't collect when they did it took another 2 days for the parcel to arrive. Very poor service

I would like a receipt from the driver to confirm that it has been collected, if the parcel went missing I have no proof.
