Delivery quoted from 8am - 6pm. No tracking available despite "track your shipments" on website. Had to stay in all day until 4pm deliv.

Courier: clearly have incompetent drivers. They delivered to completely wrong address miles from where they should have. wont use u again.

Poor communication between the drop off centre & the drivers. The driver wasnt informed that we had dropped the parcel off the previous day.

The parcel was delivered later than i expected it to be as I selected the next day delivery which i'm assuming you have to pay extra for!

Our Response: Your item was collected on Friday 8th March and was delivered on Monday 11th March. This is next working day and if you wanted it delivered on a Saturday you should have selected the Saturday delivery option.
It was three days before parcel was picked up . Not good Enough.
