Arranged 2 parcels to be collected on 22nd Dec. One parcel went to the wrong address, the other one is still missing. Customer services said will update me.... Still waiting. You can only speak to them online. They are simply not bothered when things go wrong your parcel is missing. Still no update on 28th Dec.

I am using parcelmoneky since some time (or parcel2go whatever is cheaper/offers the couriers I want/need).
In this case I sent some short notice parcels to germany via parcelforce.
Parcels handed in on the 16th and theyve been delivered on 21st !!
The same time I sent some other smaller parcels via Royal Mail, also with accurate customs declaration, these parcels are not even delivered yet.
I should have paid the £2 extra and used parcelmonkey/parcelforce as well.

I have used parcel monkey a few times now, mainly using DPD. I have found them consistently easy to use and extremely reliable. The rates are fairly competitive and the companies listed on the comparisons have all been 1st class and do what they say (except having an issue with Royal Mail once).

Parcel (xmas present for elderly mother) sent on 01/12/21 to tenerife after several emails it actually arrived on 29/12/21 which is not the service I paid for will be using alternative company next time

As always the administration was good and the parcel was collected on time. I was told delivery would be 3 -5 days. I was surprised as it was collected on the 17th December and I anticipated a Christmas delay, but it wasnt then processed at Reading until the 25th December and I have no idea when the parcel will arrive in Australia. The reporting system needs a lot of work to make it much more accurate and informative.

I had to reuse the service within a week of sending my first parcel, but am very happy with the service. I used DHL collect service again - printed my own label and was collected the next day and delivered within 24 hours. I am very happy with the service. Gladly recommend Parcel Monkey to compare prices for sending parcels.

Huge saving against booking with Parcel Force directly. Minor issue with collection but this was due to Parcel Force. Parcel Monkey site let me rebook very quickly.
Delivery was on time and direct to the door.
Excellent service overall and a huge saving,. Highly recommended

I ordered Courier next day through Parcel Monkey, i waited in two days for the collection, on the third day i contacted Courier direct only to be told that the order had only just been placed with them just after a complained!!! I canceled the order and requested a refund, Im still waiting for that as well. Im only giving one star as theres no option for none.

The Parcel Monkey transaction was all ok but the problem is with the DPD service. we chose Next day delivery , but they failed to deliver the parcel and we are still waiting for it 5 days later. the excuse is that there was no one at the house which was totally wrong. DPD driver posted the photo of a random house. We contacted DPD, they told us the driver will go bzck and deliver the parcel later in the day; but he did not. Really disappointed as this meant my parents who were spending Christmas on their own due to Covid did not get their parcel for Christmas.

Easy to use and good selection of carriers. Just sent a Parcel from the UK to the UAE. Delivered a couple of days late but understandable with the Covid situation. Thought it would be delivered to the door but not so just to a post office where it had to be collected. Maybe I didnt read the small print. Overall very satisfied with Parcel Monkey have used them many time for UK to France and they have always been good.

This isn’t a bad review of just parcel monkey but parcel force aswell selected a 2-3 day delivery service my parcel was collected on the 18th of December and has been prepared for departure since the 20th of December which has ruined my boys Christmas as there presents wasn’t in Poland in time

Parcel was booked with Courier next day delivery. Not collected for 3 days and then not delivered the next day, but told that I have to wait for the next business day. So one week after my next day delivery order, this still hasnt been delivered. Pathetic from both Parcel Monkey and Courier. When someone did collect it, it was from a person in a grubby white van. This isnt even Courier, its a sham scam. Avoid
