I Paid for 24hrs plus paid extra for am delivery...But it arrived tea time on the Thursday... I didnt make the post pick up at the post office on the Monday as my printer broke down went to 2 different post offices to get a print out...I was told it would go 1st pick up next day and the parcel would arrive Wednesday before 12 so was not too impressed

Did not know that this service was available. I have used various postage and courier agents and this service was very cheap, quick,easy and reliable.

Sent parcel to Germany, arrived quickly and at a fabulous price. Ironically they sent one back 2 days before we sent ours and theirs is lost..

Absolute rip off, billed me an extra £52 for a parcel that they said was overweight (it wasn’t) and just took the money out of my account. I will be contacting them as soon as the bank holiday is out of the way.

No one collected my parcel. No information or notification. No updates. When I tried to rebook, the next available delivery is in 5 days. I have someone waiting for this package and I paid for next-day delivery. Terrible.

It took me three attempts to get someone to pick up my parcel, rebooking and then going on the live chat after the initial booking itself. When the courier finally arrived two days late, he was expecting to pick up three parcels. Come on Parcel Monkey, you can do better than that.

If they fail to deliver for whatever reason they will offer to ship it back to you (for a cost), you can collect from Southampton or they destroy it, no paid option to get it redirected or redelivered. - Rubbish!

I spent 2 days waiting for my parcel to be collected (8am -6pm) and it never was. No update, no apology. Would not recommend.

I use international to Germany ,straight forward until it gets to delivery then it falls apart due to lack of communication so delivery doesn’t happen it is always a pick up and now beware of the import taxes.
They were higher than the postage.Brexit is costly.

Booked Express 24 collection and delivery service via Parcelforce. Parcel was due to be collected yesterday. I checked tracking yesterday afternoon only to find out system saying collection attempted at 8:14am but unsuccessful. I called up Parcelforce to find out that there was some GPS coordinate error and the agent said she will rearrange the collection for tomorrow now (this morning). Trying to check status online and no updates. Rang up Parcelforce again to find out no updated collection order was set up yesterday (despite me speaking to the agent for over half hour yesterday and promises made). The agent took my mobile number and said will pass on to the collection depot to speak to me directly but no contact made yet!!! Tried ringing Parcelforce again only to be faced with a rude agent who hung up the phone on me!!!
