Neither parcel was critical to arrive next day & I expected a delay due to various rail strikes & Platinum Jubilee. Neither address London. Took 5 days. Would use again in a heartbeat. Great price & good service.

Parcel Monkey provides an excellent service, from guidance in selecting the right carrier for me to offering the highest discounts available. And it doesnt stop there; the service is really good - on time from collection to delivery.
I wont be using any other carrier service from now on. Theyre simply the best!

Parcel DIDNT REACH DESTINATION , been made to PAY RETURN , then returned DAMAGED ... claim declined ... Obviously the T&C are made for ONE SIDE GAIN only and anyway IMPOSSIBLE TO FIGHT AND WIN for customers . Theyre having a laugh even when you take them to court , as takes ages and huge amount of evidence work to get anywhere near a judge to check facts ! Sad but true :)

Estimated time for delivery was 6-8 days. In total it was around 18, so parcel was 3 months later delivered back with missing items and some others crushed to powder. Customer support: Estimated time is not binding according to terms. Why the hell you advise people about some time when you dont give a damn what happens with it?

I’m a bit disappointed - the price charged was very competitive but once again, on arrival in France, there was a customs duty to pay. I would rather pay the real cost at the beginning.

The tracking is nonsense! On the day I dropped off my parcel at the local PO, the tracker says step 1 has been achieved ie On route to the hub but two days later, it says my parcel has been Collected from my local PO, having been apparently at the Bristol Depot and International Hub in the interim. Twelve days after drop-off my parcel still doesnt appear to have made it to step 2, let alone been Exported. Supposedly 6-7 days to delivery but even taking account of the Bank Holidays, theyve missed the target by a long distance.

UPS has a system that does not function properly. In Portugal they have asked me for Customs papers and invoices paid at the time of order. Their system is obviously not joined up. about time they joined the 21st Century. And I am not praising Parcel Monkey or Trustpilot who are both an irritation.

Hello- I’ve been using parcel monkey for some time to send my grandson packages with gifts and pre-loved toys from charity shops. And everything has gone as it should until this last package. It was collected on 5/05/22 and to date 12/06/22 it still hasn’t arrived at destination.Customs has been asking for copies of documents already supplied and queried what ‘private individual means. No information to date .
