This is the first time that we have used Parcel Monkey. We have been delighted with every step. Our parcel has not been delivered yet. But if it isnt delivered, it wont be their fault.

Good, used for years, will use again!

No attempt was made to pick up parcel, waited in all day. Driver lied, said customer unavailable. Rearranged pick up for the Monday. They didnt come again. I ended up dropping off at the post office myself. Pathetic waste of time.

Smooth transaction however the instructions re. printing labels for Europe are still not clear enough. I had to look for info on other websites to make sure I was doing the right thing (we need simple instructions on how exactly to fold the dispatch document/does it need cutting or not/where on the parcel to display, etc).

Parcel not able to be tracked , customer unsure if collected ? Not being very helpful . So no idea were parcel is and has cost me over £18 to loose it ????? NOT BRILLIANT .

Absolutely rubbish firm. I paid for a delivery to Australia which did arrive but know body got in touch with the person in Australia to say it was being delivered. Twelve days after it arrived I received an email from Parcel Monkey saying that they had taken another £44 from my bank account because the size or weight of the parcel was incorrect. As I am partially sighted and disabled I actually went too my local post office and they told me the exact measurements and weight so I knew it was correct. After contacting the company with 5 emails and getting know where they then blocked me from sending any more. I would never recommend this company at all.

I send parcels overseas a couple of times a year and Parcel monkey has always been reliable for me. Reliable, assured service assured and customer services always to hand with speedy answers. I will definitely continue to use them .

We use Parcel Monkey all the time to send goods out to my grandchildren in Canada, website is easy to navigate. Instructions are easy to follow. Always use Parcel Force International through Parcel Monkey and have never had any problems.

AVOID . WORST COMPANY EVER. I use them for sending international parcels . all parcels are lost and not delivered . PM10198662 & PM10279968 and PM10260875 . They do not have any efficient customer service or someone to talk or email !! they sent me claim form for lost parcels and after completing it and sending it back with the item value and proof of non delivery , they replied back after 5 weeks saying we can not process your claim as it was submitted late !!!! although , they keep asking me to wait and allow few days pr the parcels to be delivered !!!! No tracking , no concern . they ruined our business image and they do not care . Going to file a formal complaint against them . in addition , their business credit scoring is very bad .
