Only one of two parcels arrived. There is no reference to parcel 2 of 2. Please rectify the situation. This is the second time we have had issues with ParcelMonkey.

Chose parcel monkey’s own delivery option this time as slightly cheaper. Usually very happy with the tracking but not so this time; tracking stopped once the package arrived at the 3rd party forwarding agent. Delivery confirmed by the parcel’s recipient rather than via tracking.

Never attempted to deliver my parcel. Tried to charge me to return it to sender. Failed to return it to sender. Told me to collect it from their offices 2000km from my location. Arranged for someone to do this for me, then told actually it’s not possible. Completely ignored me for a while. Told me it’s not possible to collect the parcel from anywhere. Have never actually admitted to losing it, but last response was just a link to their claim wizard- which had expired. No apology, no admission of losing it. No explanation. No idea how they could be any worse.

It’s ok service but a few surprises I found on the way and still haven’t been answered by customer service. I was automatically charged £4 after sending because apparently I didn’t measured it right and it was a bit bigger. However, the person at the other end was also charged £8 on collection by the mail service but we still don’t know why it was force. I emailed Parcel Monkey but still not reply. I found too many hidden costs…

Really good. Posted my parcel from UK to Gibraltar. The service provided a lot of value with a tried and tested method.

The website was simple and straightforward to use and to pay for the service being booked. Drop off for a parcelforce at the Post Office was easy and I was able to track the parcel to ensure it had been delivered.

Even though on the website it said i will not have to pay customs to germany for my parcel including only personal items, DPD made me pay an enormous amount of money otherwise they will immediately send the parcel back. Of course nobody from DPD could be reached- very bad experience and never again.

Use Parcel Monkey every Christmas or if it is a friends birthday.
Easy to use site and gives several options to choose from with varying prices.
Kept up to date on the collection and delivery.
Using collection options really helps a the local post office is now closed.

I posted a parcel to Australia on 7/12 and it had still not been delivered on 24/12 - it was supposed to take 5-7 days. So no Christmas presents to open from the UK on Christmas Day

My service was zero. I paid extra for next day 10.00 am delivery for two parcels. From the offset the updates were zero. I had to call the actual courier who groaned when i mentioned P.M. My parcels which i paid extra for arrived two half days late. And late morning. Which meant family had to take extra time off work. My total frustration is now trying to get a full refund as i also took out compensation. If anyone considering taking out additional cover , be aware. They dont deal with processing refunds. My thread went unanswered. So i started another thread , all to no avail. 8 days on no one can provide me with the complaint procedure. The only response i get is that it has been passed on. So my refund has been passed on apparently? My request to complain has been passed on? Seems no one actually deals with the request. Lack of customer service. Lack of procedures not adhered too. I paid 10 Express service 10 by 10 Collected at 17.20 (not 10am). Arrived two half days late.

I paid the extra to get them couriered as required a proof of delivery due to an ongoing court case. So was not happy to receive a picture saying they had been delivered. When really they had been left outside. People pay extra for a service which you offer but don’t uphold to.
