Avoid Parcel Monkey, they just pay you lip service and do not follow through on issues and complaints. I sent a shipment via Parcel Monkey on 9th May 2022 and paid the Protection fee due to the value of the item. The parcel has not been delivered to my customer and now I have to refund the customer. Despite twice asking to invoke my PROTECTION POLICY THAT I PAID FOR, I have been ignored and no-one is helping me. Absolutely scandalous!! I am out of pocket and this firm are not honouring my protection policy.

I needed goods collecting from a business and delivered to my home, Parcel,Monkey was easy to use and let me decide which courier I wanted to use, and wha5 date I wanted for collection. Will def use this all the time now, rather than drive to a Hermes point.

30 days and still no refund for the parcel that was smashed to pieces take no responsibility for the damage I paid money to you and not parcel force so you should have honoured the insurance Another company hiding behind the Web when there is a problem.

Have used parcel monkey on several occasions and find it to be a really well priced service. My only criticism if you could call it that , is it can sometimes be a little slow to respond with the link to download delivery labels etc. However I have no hesitation in recommending parcel monkey to anyone who ships goods etc to customers
