I used parcel monkey to send some crockery. Everything was carefully wrapped and protected. When the parcel arrived, almost every item in the parcel was broken. The response to my complaint is that they will not refund the cost of the postage as they "completed the service". Avoid.

Absolutely shocking - Parcel Monkey is great for getting a comparison of prices but do not book through the website. I repeat do not book through the website. I sent two parcels to the same address (one 12kg and another 4kg). Customer said they had been repackaged and then a week later I got a message from Parcel Monkey saying they had tried to take money from my card and that one of the parcels I paid for was double the weight it was supposed to be. No proof from them and they could not find the parcel dimensions, but I have had to pay to avoid any kickback. Do not use Parcel Monkey - go direct to the courier company

I was very impressed with this site when I wanted to send a small parcel to Waterford in the Republic of Ireland. I was given a good choice of couriers and steered away from Parcel Force with whom I had had a disastrous experience recently. DPD collected and delivered the parcel ahead of time and I was very happy with their service.

Always a good price for this service and usually a quick delivery although covid did delay expected delivery date but this was no fault of Parcel Monkey. Will definitely use this service again.

Just awful. Collected my parcel after the 5th occasion and it was to be delivered in 2-4 days. This was on 29th December and now almost 3 weeks later it has still not been delivered and no update from the courier for 10days. It’s a joke
