Such a poor customer service, especially their claims team in UK. Zak, from their claims department dont even answer the questions, and doesnt even understand the full tracking event, hence not able to handle the querries. Asked to speak to his boss and a complete ignorance from him.

Had to send an urgent parcel from the UK to Republic of Ireland for my nieces birthday. DPD were the courier that Parcel Monkey suggested. Delivery was prompt and within the two day period.
Be careful as DPD automatically slapped on a Customs Charge for the recipient to pay. I queried this as the parcel was under the value of £39 and the goods were from the UK. DPD cancelled the charge and said that they are automatically applied and need to be waived manually - by contacting DPD direct.
Other than this it is an excellent service.

Parcel sent on 16 December 2021 for next day delivery. Arrived at delivery depot on 18 December. As of 22 December, the parcel is still sitting at the delivery depot. I wonder if it will ever be delivered.

Parcel Monkey failed to collect a valuable bonsai tree. Apparently, although a driver arrived to collect, simply refused to do so. Parcel Monkey were supplied with all measurements and weight of the item, which was appropriately labelled, simply refused to collect

The easiest way to send items to addresses usually out of normal postage rates from Royal Mail and FedEX such as Jersey, Channel Island and Scottish Highlands.

Absolutely horrendous. This will be the last time I use you. Sending a package abroad is one of the most awful times I have had. This parcel was due to be delivered nearly a week ago. It is apparently stuck. No contact has been made to the person it was addressed to. The label left the contact number as 000000000 instead of the phone number I put on the form when completing the form before purchase. Abismal service

Booked a shipment from Australia to the UK. Shipment was on hold for a week, so I contacted Parcel Monkey. They told me that I needed to contact Courier, so I called them, twice. Courier said they were unable to contact me as my email was not on the waybill (assuming it was parcel monkeys). Now the box is being returned to the collection address, and I am out of pocket hundreds of pounds ££. Awaiting a response from Parcel Monkey. Courier suggested using someone else in future (not Parcel Monkey). Nice one parcel shonkey.

Picked and paid for next day delivery and collection from house. No no collection attempt made, no answers, not able to speak to anyone and no attempt to refund next day delivery charge. Anything goes wrong and parcel monkey will not help you. *****Beware******

Booked next day delivery, stayed in all day and worked from home for parcel to be collected. No one turned up, no email, no update and no way of contacting anyone as was told to wait until 8pm which is conveniently when they close! AVOID AT ALL COSTs!

First time I’ve posted overseas and was really pleased with the service. Parcel collected when advised and tracking app great to check progress. From collection to delivery at this time of year took only 4 days to the USA. I will definitely use this service again

Took our money but didn’t provide the service that they promised. They kept our parcel for around 6 days, and then returned it, claiming that the recipient refused to take it. When we queried this with the recipient we were told that there is no reason that this would happen. Unreliable and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this company.

I really like Parcel Monkey. I can use it at 11pm and have the package collected the next morning and if I make a mistake all it takes is an email and as soon as you hit send you’re already getting your resolution and reply. It’s just a brilliant company.

Booked for Parcel force express 24 yesterday. Have stayed in all day. the collection window is apparently 8am-6pm. At midday I asked if I could be told where the driver was and parcel monkey have absolutely no idea. They apparently dont have this information - which as you can imagine is utterly useless. I have then tried to contact them with no response because what exactly do you do with the ability to book a collection and then utter nonsense customer service? I tried contacting Parcel Force who are equally useless and have no way to say no one came to collect. So despite paying a ridiculous amount of money for a premium service apparently they couldnt care less. I honestly cannot see the point in a service like parcel monkey because its tantamount to a scam quite frankley. UPDATE 6.07pm Now my parcel has been rebooked in for TOMORROW - Which I did not ask for I asked for a refund because how can I trust the parcel which is supposed to arrive tomorrow will actually be collected?? It is nonsense. Still no response from PM. I have looked at trying to book a drop off service and its going to be £10 more now and yet I still have no idea if this parcel will actually ever get collected.

I used to work in the offices of a commercial shipping firm that sought out the best deal for its national, commercial customers. Parcel Monkey do this for ordinary individuals. I cant believe the cost difference between different shipping firms but Parcel Monkey take all the pain of searching for the best deal, away. Thank you Parcel Monkey.
