Reliable service. Arrive before due date.

I needed to transport two mattresses and had no idea who to use or how to go about it. Someone recommended parcel monkey - took 5 mins to arrange, easy to track and good value. Would absolutely recommend.

On Thursday last week we booked a collection for Friday, and the courier called on Friday to say they werent going to collect as they didnt have a label. After paying £46 for a next day service, as the item needed to be delivered by Monday, this is not good enough. The last collection we booked was also not collected on the day stated - poor service level.

I used this service to post an expensive guitar, after googling "guitar couriers" Got a price for postage, which was reasonable, was told how to package the guitar.......... sold the guitar. Great. However when it came to pay for the postage, turns out guitars are a banned item, sure you can post, as long as you don`t need compensating if things go wrong. As the guitar was in a hard case with multiple bubble wrap and carboard, I proceeded. Not sure anyway why it`s acceptable for a courier (Parcelforce, in this case) to charge £26 and accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Other than that I was happy, sort of, plus the guitar was delivered safely!

Waited in all day for courier which was a no show. Messaged the company to which was told “ best we can do is to get it collected tomorrow “ I then asked for a smaller time frame as I didn’t want to stay in again all day and that is paid for a 24 hour delivery which now won’t happen so would like compensation to which I was told “ Unfortunately, due to the limited information provided by the couriers, we are unable to request or provide more specific time windows for collections, only the actual date of collection. Also, we have no way of tracking the location of the drivers. The drivers also have no scheduled collection list we can request from the carrier that would help us determine which location they are going to be at in a certain time frame. Unfortunately, we wont be able to compensate you for the missed collection/delay.” Put it this way I won’t be using them again!! Paid for a service that wasn’t supplied. Very dissatisfied

They advertise things theyre no willing to do. They have collected my parcel to send to Venezuela and after 15 days wasting time sending then document requirement they say the company Courier cant deliver my parcel. then I have to pay £27 pounds to return the parcel to my house when the did the mistake accepting the parcel. Avoid using this company at all if you dont want to waste time and been disappointed.

Booked two collection from the same address Both collections were not done which I had to waste more time to rebook And then I was charged 2x for that! WTH?? No way to contact these clowns.. I’ll stick to parcel to go which side been my go to for the last 10years and I’ve never had a problem with them..

It went all all well at first, DPD (via Parcel Monkey) collected the parcel on time. However then the problems started. Although the parcel was sent and marked as a private gift with low value (Used Items £ 44) (to EU) the receiver needed to pay taxes and costs (nearby the same amount of the value - 35.80 Euros) The receiver paid, but it still was not delivered. Upon contacting Parcel Monkey, the have told me, they don`t know where it is and have to do an investigation. I got several updates with no more info. After the receiver itself contacted DPD they told him to provide a invoice. I needed to explain to DPD there is no invoice as this is a gift. It had been eventually delivered but at very high cost for the receiver and around 10 days late.
