Easy to use website with a good selection of companies to choose from. Booked collection, received email confirmation immediately. On day of collection got an email with an hours collection window, item tracked all the way and then given an hours time slot on delivery day. Great service and really much cheaper than going direct.

Have been using Parcel Monkey for years mostly for Parcel Force bookings. Recently had an issue with a delivery that I needed some help with and the team picked up my enquiry and dealt with it very well. Highly recommended.

If ‘0’ was an option, I would have chosen that. Will never use Parcel Hero again and strongly urge anyone else not to. Sent a parcel to Australia 4 months ago and it’s still nowhere to be seen. Their system kept changing the address to one that doesn’t exist so no hope. Sent countless emails trying to rectify the problem but despite lots of evidence to the contrary, they’re still denying responsibility. Now saying they won’t refund me despite paying additional for insurance. Furious!

Still can’t get my head round how parcel monkey can give me virtually half the price of parcelforce and yet I get the parcelforce delivery. Double checked at local post office, same service dropped at their desk but half the price they wanted ….go figure

Used them to return a screen, as recommended by Amazon. No compensation available (for screens) - looks like that is a parcelmonkey condition. I used a Royal Mail collection, had a tracking number, but no notice of collection time was given (probably a Royal Mail feature). They did turn up on the day requested ...

My boxes were damaged when arrived, delayed by 14 days and I wont be offered compensation for damaged and lost items from the boxes as they blaim it on the boxes not being sufficient enough, eventhough they were the strongest you could get. Clearly could see that they even had water damage to them but still its must be my fault, cause the boxes werent good enough even tough they are the strongest.

I have never had an issues using Parcel Monkey.My Parcels have always arrived on time.I only ever use Parcel Force though as I’ve had issues with Hermes before in the past and I would never use them again but I’m sure DHL and others are also great like Parcel Force.

Went to a comparison website who quoted £215 to send a heavy parcel to the Channel Islands!! Went to parcelmonkey and the same parcel was £15…. Paid online - printed label and the necessary forms for the Channel Islands tax etc … took to post office and it got there in 4 days …….. could not have been simpler or cheaper. Excellent service guys ????

I sent a package abroad and it was meant to get there within 3-4 days, this is the service that was selected and paid for. The timeframe was even checked via live chat, it has been 9 days and my package is nowhere to be found. It has not been delivered neither can these monkeys tell me where the package is. Poor is an understatement!!

The service is awful!!! I used parcel money to return goods back to uk flooring direct; the return was rejected by UK Flooring direct; got to return back to me; but Parcel money has never done so!!!! Now I am still waiting for them to get back to me!!!

Disgusted with Parcel Monkey. Contents on the booking form stated as biscuits. They took the booking. Parcel returned with no notification whilst I was away for two months. Obviously weather damaged. Parcel Monkey says biscuits are prohibited items. Why??? And why accept the parcel in the first place when they were told that on the order form? My loss, over £90.
