This is the second time Ive used Parcel Monkey and again an excellent service. When sending items overseas they ensure you have all the right documentation and find you the best price.

First use of Parcel Monkey. Had my brother print out label. He printed 2 identical labels . I used the smaller. Weighed and Posted. Then found I was charged for a rediculous 10.9 kilo my parcel was weighed at 3.2 kilos. THEN I find that I was charged twice for the one parcel. This parcel has now cost £48.09 plus charged again £48.09 plus £33.29 weight. Ive emailed no end of times. Sent all documents and photos prior to taking legal action. This appears to me to be a very automated service Parcel Monkey cannot be reached by phone. They pass on to you any charge made by overseas carriers no matter how stupid they seam. I know its costing me more to see a solicitor than I will get back. My advice is to stick with the big direct postal companies that you can contact fairly if anything goes wrong.

Terrible experience My item was not collected over a ten day period over Christmas -I have contacted customer service no less than five times since then to cancel and get a refund - as they said I had to rebook which I was not prepared to do -The chat function is hopeless as you get a confirmation. Email that someone will get back to you but they do not -There is no phone number While I appreciate that Christmas was a tricky time - this terrible customer communication - black hole feeling - is not excusable. Avoid

I went to the post office directly to send my package and they quoted me 150 GBP! When I checked with parcel monkey it was half that price. It was sent overseas and arrived exactly in the timeframe suggested. Im really pleased with parcel monkey.

Posted a parcel to Belgium .. problems with customs and have on so many occasions tried to contact them via live chat. Get as far as ‘we will look into it and they never come back with a reply .. still on going.. will never use again .. so upsetting and present sent has now got a bad taste to it. So disappointed

A little disappointed, courier driver turned up earlier than specified and never collected my parcel. This is still sat on my shelf at home waiting on collection after arranging for another pick up. Money has already gone from my bank. If they manage to sort the pick up and deliver as promised I will review and recomment.

Simply comedic performance. International parcel under Parcelforce four day delivery guarantee was delivered over two and a half weeks late. Over a week later and Im still trying to get one of the Parcel Monkeys to give me anything other than an obtuse acknowledgement or referral back to tracking information that I can get online. This company is an agent that just stands between the customer and the deliverer. The problem you then have is that the deliverer hides behind the agent as a reason not to deal with you. PM dont do it very effectively and while the customer service responses are fast, they are neither informative nor helpful because all they do is repeat the delivery companys tracking information. Very disappointing that some of the agents cant even read the information with which they are provided. Quite shocking. Avoid this company at all costs.

Easy to complete with customs declaration etc. Printing off and leaving with Post office OK. Hasnt left the country yet after one week but this is due to Parcel force. On the whole a good service with pick up option if required!
