Really pleased with how swiftly this went parcel went to New Zealand. Will definitely use again as each stage was explained by using the link of the email confirmation to track the parcel and my niece received an email to ask permission to leave in a safe place in the event they were not in.

Always quick and convenient to use. Particularly helpful as i use this for work and often during busy periods. The website is formatted well and easy to follow. Never had any issues and sent multiple parcels over the past few years to various locations around the UK.

Usual great service, Ive used this service several times now, only had one problem, with a returned parcel, however it was dealt with efficiently & found staff to be friendly and kept me up to date.
Often cheaper to use these guys, than go direct!
Would I recommend Parcel Monkey, of course!

I had a question and dealt with Jackie (Business Prevention Officer) Instead of assisting my query, she cancelled my order. I wasted about 45 minutes and now have to wait 5 days for a refund. Just as well I have a sense of humour.

I paid for next day delivery, 3 attempts and I’m still waiting for collection. Pretty unhappy. Until recently I was happy with this service but something has changed and it’s not reliable any more.

Was a bit wary about using a third party service for booking a courier but had absolutely no problems, was really easy to compare and book. DHL then sent me tracking info once the parcel had been collected so it was all great. Already used parcel monkey a couple of times since and will use again in the future.

Don’t trust this company. Firstly I got charged extra for the parcel being 10kg lighter I’ve never heard of this before then when they realised this was stupid they said it was for it being 10cm longer I said I used the dimensions provided by Amazon, then they said you need photo evidence which I didn’t take cause I was stupid and trusted this company. And to top it off the delivery company hasn’t even delivered it too the recipient and I’ve been charged and over charged worst service I’ve ever used and the customer service weren’t helpful or understanding at all

Awful all these good reviews must be fake. We payed for parcel monkey to return a package to amazon. Firstly amazon never recieved the package, then the company chaged more money. They will con you out of everything. DO NOT USE THEM

ive used them in the past without a problem however this time they smashed a vintage technics stereo and the speakers to bits they are refusing to refund or give any compensation the item was extremely well packed and reinforced for shipment i have photo,s and witness accounts from both ends and multiple previous feedback from customers about my packing .i was a loyal customer 60 odd previous consignments went fine untill something goes wrong you might aswell p against the wind no customer service no proper complaints there a joke . they wount even give you a second name or employee number fo reference "avoid pay the extra use a proper service" im 109 pounds down and have no stereo its so bad its not worth returning to me the box was crushed...Shipment ID: PM10295276

Shocking service, I paid £48.00 for them to deliver 4 packages, three were completely smashed and one was stolen/lost (never delivered). I asked for compensation and they refused. A long challenge resulted in Parcel Monkey telling me to go to the ombudsman. Over £500.00 lost.PM9926107

Booked a shipment from Northern Ireland to mainland UK through Parcel Monkey. Carrier was Parcelforce 48 and the consignment was delivered well within the 48 hours. Cost through Parcel Monkey was considerably less than going through Parcelforce directly. All in all very satisfactory, and I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Paid extra for parcel protection as my item was valuable. Packaged my item securely to ensure this was not broken or damaged in transit. Item was taken out of my packaging and placed in a cardboard box by the courier and broken, my item was made from IRON. This is blatant carelessness for property and damage is beyond repairable. No compensation is being issued despite my paying extra for coverage. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs!
