Good collection and delivery service. However parcel was sent to Republic of Ireland, all custom forms etc filled in and recipient had to pay over £72 in taxes at their end in collection. This was not made clear on postage!

Parcel collected without issue, delay with carrier which was out with parcel monkey’s control, when contacted them about delay received prompt updates at stages until parcel arrived at destination (somewhat later than expected). Good price paid for service a lot less than going direct. No issues using again if need another parcel to go to Australia. Began to think that there was a secret code on the parcel indicating it was Parcel Monkey so the item was put in a pile and not checked for a few days lol

Choose ParcelForce and paid for the expedited 2 day delivery….Extremely, to say the very least, disappointed. The online tracking shows exported from UK for 6 days and still has not received …..now it’s too late for the intended use of the parcel contents. My opinion is not to choose ParcelForce….. apart from misleading potential customers it is totally unreliable. If COVID is cited as the reason for the delay then ParcelForce should remove their guaranteed 2 Day delivery advertising from ParcelMondey website immediately.

Ive used the service before and its been fine, however this time it was an important package that had to be delivered the next day. It wasnt delivered the next day but four days later! Not good enough, we had no call from the courier Courier and the website just said it was still in transit, giving our preferred date as the estimated delivery. We would have suffered severe business disruption had we not worked something out. Needless to say we couldnt rely on this delivery service.

I bought a "no-printer required service" on their website but once I paid, I received a confirmation email saying I need to print the attached labels. I tried to cancel urgently but theres no phone number and nothing on their website for urgent help. AVOID.

Very straight forward ! I saved over £40 . I went to the post office to ship a parcel that weighed about 4kilos and they said £53 to get it shipped to France without any tracking when all that was in was chocolate and sweets that I was sending a relative to try , I then went online and I found parcel monkey uk and the shipping only cost me £14 tracked and signed. very fast efficient and good value for money 100% recommend

Wonderful service.Very good ideea.You got so many options to pick your courier. I used ParcelForce for a item return in order to get a refund at first the "shipment was due to Address problems (unable to locate premises)" I wrote them the same complete Address from ENGLAND and the next day the parcel has been delivered ! I also think that if you talk nice goes in your favor ???? ???? Wow and the emojis work on here ????
