My parcel has still not arrived after one month. It was a 3-7 days delivery which I paid for. There is no customer service to contact. It went via parcelforce who are also not responsible even though handling my parcel, as it was booked through parcel monkey. Avoid this route!!

Very disappointed, I will never recommend parcel monkey or use it again, I sent out a parcel on 9th of June, up to this date 22nd of June the parcel is still not delivered, the only advice I get from customer support is to keep tracking! Its really a disgrace to be the money and get extremely poor service in return.

I use Parcel Monkey regular due to sending a lot of parcel uk and a broad. I have always found them a pleasure to deal with and so easy to compare all parcel prices. I go to them first for all my quotes. Always consistent and the site is easy to navigate. Will keep using as my go to for parcels. Highly recommend.

Dont trust - poor customer service - no phone number to contact. I arranged a collection but after 3 days the courier never showed - I was told each day that they would be coming the following day but nothing. I then requested a refund only to be told that the courier had actually picked the item up and delivered! Customer service has now gone quiet and not responding to me after I suggest they get a copy of the collection and delivery proof - they wont as they dont exist! No phone number to contact either.

Parcel monkey and good efficient, the courier Parcelforce 48 roughly handled the parcel, the clock well packed with care and experience was so damaged I reinbursed the buyer the full amount of purchase price
