Useless. Yes matched me with cheapest courier (parcelforce) who damaged my package in delivery and refuse to concede any responsibility. So parcel monkey ‘worked’ as such, am I happy? No. @ParcelMonkey you should ask users what they are shipping and only include results for couriers that accept packages of this type and that they are covered by insurance etc.

Whilst the parcel did arrive within the estimated time, service would be greatly improved if tracking information was kept up to date. For at least 6 days it stated it was sorted and at international hub for export. The next day it was delivered.

I left my hand luggage with car keys in my hotel on the way home from a family trip. The hotel was happy to help but I had to arrange a courier myself. I arranged it online with minimal effort. Parcel labels were emailed to me and I forwarded them to the hotel. I was able to track the parcel online and it was delivered 20 hours later to my relief. Excellent service.

Well, TBH- I was little afraid about the courier from parcel monkey as was doing for first time and they were inexpensive. I took a shot and now I am.so relieved and happy with their service. The courier guy was also helpful and they indeed delivered on time. They gain the trust and I hope more services. Recommended!

ive been using them for years, but their approach has changed recently. So ive booked few parcels to be collected on Monday. Courier didnt bother to collect (Ive found out about that on Wednesday). Asked monkeys for help and JACKIE said that its kinda my fault that I didnt as for re-collection (!!!) EXCUSE ME ? I did my bit ! Ive placed and order and paid for it. IT IS YOUR JOB TO GET IT COLLECTED AND DELIVERED. It is your job to keep the service up and running ! Why didnt you notify me about failed collection ? why are you doing the business like its 1999 ? Disappointed big time. You should be helping me save time and money, not waste more of it. All my parcels are ebay items and quick turnaround of parcels is my PRIORITY. Not happy, let down...

As always with parcel monkey , we send the box in good shape and the kg is correct . Then they report back with an extra charge . We all know that extra charge is false , as they say the scan from Courier has increased the size .Its not possible ... and they know it too. You book box size correctly with kg on premium scales as we have . Where is the issue, Courier or parcel monkey?If I ask for confirmation of your weight adjustment, .you cannot provide it.

Im so annoyed, went ahead and booked a delivery with Parcelforce via PARCELMONKEY Everything was working fine, they were perfectly able to take my money. Soon as payment was made Website went down for maintenance, I have no proof of booking, no email receipt. So now Im having to book again with another company because my parcel needs to go today!!!!! Plus THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE OR CHAT OPTION!!! now Im paying double just to get this parcel out and having to bloody ring my bank for a refund!!!!
