Not as good as I was expecting website tracking not up to date and even though I left a note addressed to the named driver signed and stating it was OK to leave the parcel ( already a note stating that on the door or leave with a neighbour ) he took it away and had to call again

I’m really impressed with parcel Monkey. It’s a simple straightforward website to navigate and it has all the options you might need. Oh and it is a lot cheaper than most others.

Easy to identify prices and book parcels selecting date for collection. Very reliable and parcel arrived in good time at destination whenever I have used before too.

Easy to use the site, as always. However, Parcelforce took 6 days to deliver on a48 hour contract via your site. Having gone through you to begin with did complicate the issue in trying to chase my parcel. A direct query link would be very useful

Being a pensioner I got totally confused with your system ended up paying for your service 35pounds and then taking my parcel to the post office that cost me another 37 pound so not Impressed my fault not understanding what to do so won’t be using your service again

The booking and overall process was very good. It fell short of 5 stars due to one failure aspect. Parcel Monkey include a "receipt" which they say must be signed by the collecting courier to retain all our rights. But, the DPD driver refused to sign said document claiming that the photo he had just taken was sufficient to confirm that the item was "on the system". So, I just had to take the risk.

2nd time Ive used them and 2nd time they did all that they said. My parcel was sent overseas and was received in a week. ( in December)

I am well impressed with parcel monkey’s service to date. The parcels left the U.K. for Canada on Thursday evening and were delivered incident free on Sunday in the destination country. Well done!

I am very impressed with the service I received. My Christmas parcel was picked up from home and delivered to my elderly sister -in-law in Scotland the next day.
The price charged for delivering my parcel was very good and better than all their competitors. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using it for all future deliveries.
