I have tried other sites and have had nothing but problems due to messages saying driver will provide label and the the pickup fails because i dont have a label and no show pickups.
I never have problems with Parcel Monkey, so personally, I will not use any other site.

No issues ...fill out your details...grab the kitchen scales and a tape measure print out the labels and away you go ... easier and always cheaper than my local post office.

shipped from US to France with a 3-5 biz day turn around. that was nov. 19th and the package has been on a tour of the world, but not trackable any longer and customer service is not interested in helping out.

The system worked well. Dropped the parcel off at a local PO and then was able to follow its progress. Arrived on the day expected, and this was during the Christmas period so would’ve been a busy time.

I opted for parcel force 48 hour delivery and it still has not arrived one week later, still snowing as no tracking updates available. My niece will have no present for Christmas.

DHL were pretty useless. No indication of when they would call but turned up at 8.30 after I had told Parcel Monkey that the package had not been collected so they tried to collect it again. Parcel Monkey were fine

Would be a zero as they never fulfilled. Paid for UK next day delivery with Courier express on the 21st to arrive on the 23rd. No attempt at collection, no communication, no explanation. On query rearranged for the following day despite grave concerns of a repeat. Additionally I needed to get a new label printed. Surprisingly, again no attempt at collection, no communication. Now told they can only rebook a collection tomorrow which I have little faith in actually happening. Regardless the parcel would only arrive at some point from the 27th. Spoilt my familys Christmas, trapped for two days at home and no responsibility taken.

The parcel was picked up on time and delivered the next day to an address 175 miles away. Parcel delivered without any problems. Brilliant service especially as it was so close to Christmas, 17th December.

I had never used you before so didn’t know if I could trust your web site . I was over the moon with the door to door collection and delivery . I had to pay the extra courier service as I was sending my grandsons engagement ring to him for his intended engagement Xmas eve . That’s why I paid extra . It was worth the insurance and my grandson was over the moon with the service . I just didn’t tell him the cost . WELL WIRTH EVERY PENNY

I was very disappointed that the person receiving the parcel had to pay €4 Customs duty, and €6 for a German courier handling fee. On a positive note, the parcel arrived at its destination within a week. Very impressive for December, and with all the difficulties caused with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Parcel was returned to me as apparently was batteries inside where wasn’t about batteries aren’t allowed also Parcel Monkey refused give any refund which is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended

Do not use this service other than as a price comparison site. Dispatched a package to the USA with Parcel Monkey / Royal Mail recording the correct weight and box size dimensions. Was notified that additional charges had been claimed by Royal Mail for a box that had been allegedly incorrectly detailed, being twice the actual length of my parcel. Parcel Monkey requested that I provide evidence of package size (overlooking the fact that you can record / photograph a smaller box for evidential purposes and actually dispatch a larger / heavier item with the courier unless the courier actually checks the recorded details). Parcel Monkey stated they would request evidence from Royal Mail which has not been pursued. Additional charges taken from my account, without my consent. BEWARE; customer service non-existent - just platitudes. Have previously used Parcel Monkey without any issues but never again. £56.00 to send a parcel weighing less than one kilo in a box not much larger than a piece of A4 paper

Cheated by courier. We sent a parcel abroad as we have done on many other occasions, measuring it carefully and weighing it. After it was delivered, we were charged an extra £33.59 as they said it was much larger and heavier than we said, over 20 cm on all the sizes and almost triple the weight. This is a complete fraud, there is no way I could pick up a parcel of over 15 kilos. We have been told we need photos to challenge this. We have been defrauded, so in future we shall take photos and I recommend everyone else does too. They say it’s the courier, but we entered the measurements accurately, our contract was with Parcel Monkey and they have let us down

Package has taken much longer than the quote given and will now not arrive in time for Christmas. The fault may lie with ParcelForce but it was ultimately ParcelMonkey that I paid and am the customer of.

Parcel Monkey is my go to courier supplier company when I’m dispatching parcels to the UK. The system is very straightforward and intuitive. I like the choice of couriers available. The only constructive feedback I have is if they had UPS I would use Parcel Monkey to ship to the USA.
