The worst experience I ever had with a service! I had to reschedule the delivery FIVE times and they did not manage to come pick up the parcel. They did not give me any call or mail about it, I kept contacting the customer service - the only "explanation" I received was that they did not manage to find my address - five times! They did not even offered to send me a discount or something. In the end I just cancelled the collection. Very very disappointing experience. Do not book anything with them unless you want to be disappointed! Go to Hermes instead!

While I loved the user friendly admin of organising and posting my parcels on this side (including all the fiddly declaration of items and their specific tax codes, which was made quite straightforward), I was shocked that my recipients in Germany had to pay a charge due to unpaid taxes. Surely that shouldnt happen?!?

Bunch of chancers. I had a package via Parcel Force that did not make it. Parcel Force have a claims system which from experience is fair and would have given me back the postage at least. This crowd of jokers made every excuse under the sun for not making a claim and in the end stopped replying to my emails. Lesson learned, pay nuts get monkeys. Don’t use this service, if it goes wrong you shall have no recourse. Avoid…..

Our parcel, containing Christmas presents for family members, was collected on 20th December for delivery to an address in Belgium. It was a Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service. Today is 2nd Jan and the parcel has still not been delivered and there is no indication of when (or indeed if) it will be delivered. Parcel Monkey have been utterly useless and effectively washed their hands of the parcel, saying they have no control over what happens when it reaches customs in another country. I wont use Parcel Monkey or Parcelforce again and recommend that others avoid them at all costs.

I paid for next day delivery, my package got picked up on 22nd December, and received it on Thursday 30 th December, I also got notifications on 28th December saying my parcel would be delivered on 23 th December.

Fantastic service. On 21st December, we put through details and quotes for 2 large parcels to be delivered for Christmas Eve > chose Parcel Force 48hour service for this > they picked up the parcel on 22nd December from our home and was delivered with no issues on 24th December to the intended recipients.
Parcel Monkey website is really great and easy to navigate to find your labels, go through the FAQs if you have any questions, see the status of your order. Only comment would be where the quotes are listed and the different delivery types are given, could be made slightly clearer with an added description for clarity. However this is only a very small comment and we were very happy using Parcel Monkey UK for the first time this year and will hopefully use them again in the future. Many thanks.

Delivered as advertised. Confirmation after booking during non working hours was not clear. Pick up was delayed by an hour and I was unsure if the order had been allocated. Online help was quick to response and soon after delivery was collected.

A simple way to send a parcel. Ive used for both the US and UAE and there are often difficulties with the latter. Parcel Monkey have been really helpful and efficient in succesfully resolving these in each case.

Parcel sent from UK to France - delivered on the day quoted (NB Beware of the French customs rules. Whilst there is a 46Euro tax-free gift limit - this is calculated by adding the COST OF SHIPPING to the value of the contents. I had to pay a 4E fee plus another 7.50E to release the parcel from the customs - fortunately I had put an email address on the docs so I was contacted. The only other option I was given was to have the package returned to me (I guess at my cost!). So I paid up and learnt a lesson. After that the delivery across France was quick and efficient.
